Weiss Services are top notch. Scheduling is easy and text communication is outstanding. The bonus of them doing plumbing now as well made it a bonus for me. They both arrived back to back and are extremely thorough! His team is very professional and knowledgeable. We utilize there preventive plan as well that has its own benefits.

Grayson did a great job and spent enough time to let us know, that we had too much back pressure on the system. We checked every inlet and found many partially to completely shut off. We opened them up to relieve the pressure. Not sure why any of the other techs never addressed this. Thanks Grayson!!!!

When our brand new HVAC system went out over the weekend, this company was willing to respond—promptly and professionally—even on a Saturday! We live in a new home but our builder’s HVAC contact wouldn’t even come look at the unit until Monday, but Zandon from Weiss showed up, diagnosed the issue, explained the issue, talked with the manufacturer’s customer service, and got the part needed reserved. Once the repair team showed up on Monday, they went above and beyond: carefully covering the floor to protect our home during the work. Weiss even set another technician who performed a thorough quality check of the installation technician’s a few days later. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing the job right made it an easy decision to sign for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend if you want fast, respectful, and reliable service when it matters most!

Zandon and the additional young gentlemen (I apologize, I was away from home when they arrived and didn’t get their names) that came to our home were not only knowledgeable of the issues we were having with our leaking furnace system and cracked pipes, but they were extremely courteous and considerate about cleaning up any mess they made during their repairs. Zandon explained all of our issues to our satisfaction and showed us photos backing his recommendations. You have very fine technicians representing your company that you can be very proud of!

Weiss Air Conditioning and Plumbing just finished installing a new hot water heater for us and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need.

They were able to get a technician out and complete the installation within 72 hours, showed up right within the promised service window, and were clean, professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the job.

Zandon and Devon arrive in a timely manner and were nothing but professional. Both technicians were completely knowledgeable and paid attention to cleanliness. After examining my cooling system, both techs were very thorough about solutions to prepare me for the summer. I felt pricing was pretty reasonable for the work needed. They made sure the area was clean and my system was buttoned up properly before leaving. I hope to have them back next time I have an issue and I HIGHLY recommend requesting them for your heating and cooling needs.

Just want to say thank you to Dylan for solving my heating issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options, taking into consideration the expense involved with each option. Kahl AC has been our sole HVAC service provider since we arrived in Texas in March 2022. They have fully replaced the 2 ton air unit as well as the 2x 5 ton units! They have been superb to work with all the way from sales and management down to the actual techs providing the actual service.

Yesterday, July 18, Joshua Hay came to our home and spent 2 hours inspecting and recommending solutions to a perceived issue dealing with air flow and proper duct work fitment and spacing. Joshua took the time to listen and come to a workable solution. It should be noted that we called on a Friday morning and was scheduled for the appt with Joshua that same afternoon!

We trust Kahl AC and value their work in making sure that our air handling equipment is operating at peek performance. We trust their expertise and appreciate their professional mannerisms in dealing with us as they do their maintenance work.
