Can't say enough good about this young company. I was in a real predicament with a bad ceiling leak in my rental property which needed immediate attention. I called Justin and Whitney Maner first thing in the morning and he was already booked, however, he made a quick trip to the home to make sure that no further damage occurred.. He then did his appointed job but came right back to finish the work at my house. I am truly grateful that they considered my situation and went out of their way to take care of my very stressful situation. They are wonderful. Thank you so much ❣️

I called to schedule an appointment shortly before closing at 6:30 pm and Justin was at my door the following day just before 10 am. Justin is great at what he does and keeps me in the loop during each of his visits so I always know what’s going on. Could not recommend Maner enough!

Amazing company. From the receptionist to the technician, they were professional, kind, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend choosing Maner Heating & Cooling over the competition. They were the only local company to answer at 7AM. In extremely cold conditions with no heat, that's crucial. They offer a fantastic annual maintenance program as well.

Justin came out and was able to fix our problem quickly even though it was technically an electrical issue (all of this with only a modest "service call" fee to cover time/gas which was certainly worth it). I genuinely appreciate someone who can strategically problem solve. Justin helped me retrace steps as to why our condenser wasn't running (it had both me and my husband baffled). In the near future, Justin is going to help us reroute our venting to get better circulation in one of the rooms of our home, and we will definitely sign up for the priority care membership to keep our AC in good condition (a high-priority with this TX heat).

My ac compressor went out I called Justin he came out confirmed it was my compressor he checked my whole system he found several problems we decided a new unit was my best option instead of patching problem after problem after one day Justin and his crew was at my house had the old equipment out and new equipment in within a day he gave me several upgrades and new returns for the air handler Justin and his crew was very professional. The job was one of the cleanest installations I've ever seen not to mention the great deal I was given for the whole installation I am beyond happy with the service I received from them. Talking to Justin and Whitney I was treated more than fair. I would recommend them for any service you should need they really care about the work they do and it shows.

Great service! Highly recommend. My A/C was 20 years old and just a few days prior to having many guests at my home it decides to give me fits. I called several A/C companies but could not get a technician out to look at my system timely much less repair it in my needed timeframe. I called Maner Heating & Cooling and Justin arrived in about 30min. Justin did a fantastic job of diagnosing my system, informed me that my current return vent was half the size it needed to be, answered all of my questions and gave me everything I needed. On top of that, he understood my situation and was willing to bend his schedule to get me up and running with a new unit prior to my guests arrival. I really appreciate the quick, professional, informative service!

Outstanding service and honesty from this company. I had a previous A/C guy do some annual maintenance and he recommended thousands of $$ worth the work for one of my units. The same guy ended up ghosting me for the scheduled repairs, so I searched elsewhere and found Maner based on the excellent google reviews.

Justin showed up on time, promptly checked out my unit and shortly thereafter broke down how my AC was actually functioning just fine and I didn’t need any additional repairs. He spent an hour in my attic with me going over my system and could have so easily piggybacked off the previous company and took me for thousands of dollars.

The honesty says everything. He gave me a full report showing the good health of my ac system to verify what he was saying and only charged me the service fee.

Honest companies are extremely difficult to find these days and it says a lot that they won’t charge you for something unless you actually need it. I’ll be using Maner for all of my HVAC needs and annual maintenance going forward.

We could not have had a better experience! Whitney made scheduling easy and made sure to communicate when the guys would arrive. Justin went above and beyond to get everything replaced as quickly as possible. It was a quick and easy process and a very clean install. Very happy with their work and will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance!

Lost my AC during July 4th. They stayed in touch with me during the day and got my quote in, and they got it fixed in two days. The AC is pumping and love how efficient it is. Very professional and talked to me the whole time about what they were doing. I highly recommended them. They also gave a military discount.
