Justin came out to tune up my system. I let him know I was having problems with the unit and he checked everything and let me know I have three motors and one or more was starting to go out. He gave me a great estimate on the motors because I called around and maners was several hundred dollars cheaper. So I'm definitely going to have them come back out and do the work for me. Justin was very professional in his approach and I appreciate his honesty.

As a homeowner who prefers to do all my own repairs, I'm reluctant to call a repairman. AC work is one of the few things I don't know much about. After quickly exceeding my diagnostic capabilities and seeing their great reviews, I gave Justin a call and was able to get an appointment quickly. I like to ask questions, and Justin answered them all and even went further in depth to provide additional context and clarity all while quickly getting my AC back up and running!

Great service, they performed maintenance check on two heater system's in preparation of cold weather. Very professional and efficient, signed up for there priority care membership for discounts/biannual maintenance program.

I had no air conditioning last night, so this morning I called and Justin was able to come out quickly and cool my house. He diagnosed the problems and was able to get everything done quickly. I had Maner heating and cooling come out to my house in Oak Ridge North last year and Justin was able to diagnose the problem at 1/2 cost of another company that came out on a service contract to diagnose the problem. I have complete confidence in the work and guarantee of the American made parts that they use. Justin and Whitney were life savers today.

AC went out last night. I called Maner Heating and Cooling by recommendation the next day. Had an appointment within a couple of hrs. When I tell you of the expeditious of the service I experienced. Justin arrived, diagnosed the issue and within minutes I was feeling that beautiful cool breeze from my vents!! From the time of the call to the humming of my ac was less than 3.5 hrs.

Maner did a wonderful job for us in changing the way our ducts were being routed so that the temperature was consistent throughout the house. They also installed new connected Honeywell thermostats that we can now control from wherever we are. We love that feature and are very happy to give Maner a five-star rating. We’ve signed up for the regular hvac and heating checkups and we look forward to a continued relationship with them.
