DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their prices are "fair" because they don't a crappy job. 2 times I paid for a deep clean and each time my baseboards were left untouched, not 1 single item was moved for dusting, the floors weren't even clean. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Also, you'll end up in collections because they're scammers were do crappy work & when you call them out on it, and don't pay until you get what you requested, they'll send you to collections. They also pay people for reviews, so don't trust the "positive" reviews you read

I called and booked service with this company to clean my apartment on the final day of my lease before moving out. We agreed on an estimated arrival window and I gave them all of the required information for the apartment. They asked me to send my name, email, phone number, and address through text, which I didn’t immediately after hanging up the call. Minutes later, I received a confirmation text message that listed the time and date that the cleaner would arrive. On the day of, the time the cleaners were supposed to come passed. So I gave them a call and the representative tells me that the order was never confirmed and that I was supposed to do something else. The confirmation message I received said absolutely nothing about there being any more steps to confirm the services. The woman on the phone didn’t help one bit. She just said “sorry”. Now I have to rush and clean my apartment with only a few hours before i have to turn in the keys.
