House Cleaning reviews in Murphy, Texas

This is the best cleaning service I’ve ever used. Thorough, efficient, and friendly! Plus some cute touches - my paper towels have never looked so good.

I did a google search and found Marina's Cleaning Services. The reviews were positive so I hired the service and they did not disappoint! Scheduling the appointment was fast and easy. The lady, Sandra, who came to clean my home was on-time and very professional. She had all of her own cleaning supplies; however, I informed her of a specific solution that I used to clean my hardwood floors, which she understood and very receptive to my needs. Sandra took her time and was very thorough with cleaning my home. I will definitely hire this cleaning service again in the near future!!!

This company has been taking care of my home and my business for a while now. I can say with confidence all their providers do a phenomenal job. Nico and Sandra especially go above and beyond.

Let me start by saying this cleaning company is amazing!!!

From initial contact, pricing and service. Professional and great service with great value.

Don’t hesitate to call them and set up an appointment. My house is literally spotless and they took care of all my needs within a reasonable amount of time. Love the discounts for recurring monthly cleanings ❤️

I loved the small details left around my home 🙌🏽

Very happy with the service! Everyone was kind and professional, and Miss Eneyda was especially wonderful — friendly, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great care!

Very bad experience. There were 4 ladies and in a lot of rush and making jokes and laughing on us and very rude. They missed out a lot of spots and had to be behind them to get everything done and they dusted fans all the mess was in the bed and created more mess that I had to clean by not putting stuff back in place
Random dusting, vacuums and for mop they just sprayed and wiped out.

Saving from month to hire a good clean so I can take rest but with tax I paid 173$.
I was very sad I cleaned my house again.

If any one saving money to hire a good cleaning
Do consider the reviews before hiring...

LOVE this business! It took me 4 different companies and A LOT of money before I found this gem! They truly make coming home SO awesome! I get a bi weekly service and I haven’t regretted it one bit. The communication and customer service have been absolutely amazing. In my opinion they definitely don’t look at you as just another house. They truly take pride in making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Not to mention they do the little things! Pictures attached! Definitely go with them if you’re shopping around, you won’t regret it!

I recently engaged Marina's Cleaning Services for a move-out clean of my apartment in Plano, TX, with Nicolasa as the provider, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional results. Nico arrived promptly, maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout, and executed a meticulous deep clean that exceeded expectations—leaving every surface, fixture, and hard-to-reach area immaculate.

I had a 4,300 square foot home I sold that needed move out deep clean and Marina's Cleaning Service really delivered! At the final walk-through, the new owners were super happy and impressed. The ladies who came to clean were really professional. The communication was also seamless. Loved it :)

LOVE this business and the owner daughter who is managing it! It took me few different companies and A LOT of money before I found this gem! They truly make coming home SO awesome! The communication and customer service have been absolutely amazing. They truly take pride in making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Not to mention they do the little things! Definitely go with them if you’re shopping around, you won’t regret it!

We’ve used Marina’s cleaning service three or four times now, for a deep clean. Each time they come we feel like we have a brand new house by the time they’re done! They do such an amazing job, everyone’s always so sweet, they always arrive right on time. Wish I could give them more than a five star review! Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I just wanted to say that I called and booked the service to have my home cleaned and Marina’s cleaning services. Did an outstanding job of getting me on the calendar and having one of their people show up on time Ivonne clean my house from top to bottom and did an excellent job. I definitely would recommend their services to anybody who is looking for a clean home done right.

I’m very picky. I usually keep my own house spotless, but sometimes I can use some help of course… I was hesitant hiring someone, but I was very satisfied with the deep cleaning. The ladies arrived on time as scheduled & got every corner & detail. I will definitely be using them again, thank you :)

Marina’s Cleaning has been my provider of choice for house cleaning for over a year. Their staff are hard working, self starters who hit the ground running from the time they arrive until they finish the job. Ivonne was sent to do my last cleaning and she did spectacularly. My house shined! I would totally recommend.
