Reviews of local pros in Murphy, Texas

Marina’s Cleaning Service is an excellent professional cleaning service in the DFW area. We have used her service numerous times and they always produce spectacular results. In particular, Josselin did an amazing job cleaning my house by herself. She was extremely professional and meticulous and treated my home as if it was her own. I highly recommend this great business!

They really went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend. They got things other companies missed, and cleaned things other companies weren't able to. These ladies are the best!

Would highly recommend! Communication is clear and consistent, cleaning services are thorough and our guests are always so satisfied. I truly appreciate all the hard work of Marina and her staff. Thank you so much!!

We love Marina’s Cleaning Services!!! I’ve been through ALOT of companies and none have been nearly as good as them. I am the daughter of a former housekeeper and I was starting to lose hope. But Marina’s meets my high expectations. Maribel is the best!! We are so glad to have found them!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their prices are "fair" because they don't a crappy job. 2 times I paid for a deep clean and each time my baseboards were left untouched, not 1 single item was moved for dusting, the floors weren't even clean. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! Also, you'll end up in collections because they're scammers were do crappy work & when you call them out on it, and don't pay until you get what you requested, they'll send you to collections. They also pay people for reviews, so don't trust the "positive" reviews you read

Hiring Marina's Cleaning Services is one of the best decisions I've made this year. Life gets busy and chores pile up, but knowing that someone will be here to help gives me some major anxiety relief! Yenis, our regular service provider, is so nice and does a great job. Honestly wish I had done this sooner.

I recently used Marina's cleaning service. I am very happy with the results. Everything was very smooth from scheduling, updates, follow up, attention to details of the work and best part was very very honest, punctual and kind. Will continue to use their service.

Easy to book, great value, and excellent service. Staff arrived on time and were professional and very friendly. Would recommend Marina’s to anyone!

Great attention to detail. My house is spotless. Nico came right on time, worked fast, and did an excellent job. My stove was awful, but it's sparkling now. It all smells and looks great! And the price was very reasonable as well!

I highly recommend Marina's Cleaning Services! From the top down the company takes pride in what it does. I have recommended Marina's Cleaning Services to countless clients as a Realtor and they have always been grateful and satisfied with the work done. My clients have clearly stated to keep them in my book of referrals with the level of detail and care they take cleaning.

We needed a deep move in cleaning and I have to say they left my home sparkling! The ladies were the nicest and listened to my requests without protest and followed through. I soooo highly recommend this company. See photos below

Fantastic experience! They made our office look excellent and they were extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with! Can't wait for them to come back!

I've been using Marina's for a few months now. They are always on time and the quality of the clean coupled with how efficient and thorough the team are makes them 5 star in my books. Their rates are more than reasonable and I highly recommend their services. Being a working mom leaves little time and having Marina's help has allowed me to spend more time with my family.

Very quick and courteous cleaners. Would reccomend. House is spotless and ready for new furniture.

I called and booked service with this company to clean my apartment on the final day of my lease before moving out. We agreed on an estimated arrival window and I gave them all of the required information for the apartment. They asked me to send my name, email, phone number, and address through text, which I didn’t immediately after hanging up the call. Minutes later, I received a confirmation text message that listed the time and date that the cleaner would arrive. On the day of, the time the cleaners were supposed to come passed. So I gave them a call and the representative tells me that the order was never confirmed and that I was supposed to do something else. The confirmation message I received said absolutely nothing about there being any more steps to confirm the services. The woman on the phone didn’t help one bit. She just said “sorry”. Now I have to rush and clean my apartment with only a few hours before i have to turn in the keys.

They are the best ! Will definitely hire them again for regular cleaning

Marina communicates well for schedule date and time and the team arrives on promised. The team is honest and they will let me know if there are any questions around the house. It is nice that they come and go quickly so that I can settle myself at home.

Scheduling was easy and prompt. My family was in need of some help and Marina's Cleaning Service got us in and done within a very reasonable time.
Pricing is also very fair !
Marina's Cleaning Service team was friendly, quick and made sure I was satisfied with their work when done. I was and still am !!
The owner is also so sweet and very easy to reach. I will keep Marina's Cleaning Service team in mind for any future needs. 10/10

They are absolutely fabulous. They have been super accommodating and very detailed to the little flowers on your toilet all the way to how the fold the throw blankets on my couch. I have never had anyone not be friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding! It was such a treat to have my house cleaned by Marinas Cleaning Service! The kitchen floors are spotless and the bathroom is sparkling. So very grateful!

I DO NOT recommend this company at all!!! I needed a last minute deep clean and they were able to accommodate me which I was grateful for. However, my apartment was ABSOLUTELY not deep cleaned. The cleaner told me she was done and I did a walk through. I pointed out all the things that were missed and she told me it was the best she could do. I went back and cleaned the things that she said was “clean”. I sent before and after pics to the company. Their solution was to send back the same person that did “the best” she could. I was so disappointed that I basically threw money down the drain. I will NEVER use this company again!!! I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews.
