LOVE this business! It took me 4 different companies and A LOT of money before I found this gem! They truly make coming home SO awesome! I get a bi weekly service and I haven’t regretted it one bit. The communication and customer service have been absolutely amazing. In my opinion they definitely don’t look at you as just another house. They truly take pride in making sure their customers are happy and taken care of. Not to mention they do the little things! Pictures attached! Definitely go with them if you’re shopping around, you won’t regret it!

I recently engaged Marina's Cleaning Services for a move-out clean of my apartment in Plano, TX, with Nicolasa as the provider, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional results. Nico arrived promptly, maintained a courteous and professional demeanor throughout, and executed a meticulous deep clean that exceeded expectations—leaving every surface, fixture, and hard-to-reach area immaculate.

I had a 4,300 square foot home I sold that needed move out deep clean and Marina's Cleaning Service really delivered! At the final walk-through, the new owners were super happy and impressed. The ladies who came to clean were really professional. The communication was also seamless. Loved it :)

We’ve used Marina’s cleaning service three or four times now, for a deep clean. Each time they come we feel like we have a brand new house by the time they’re done! They do such an amazing job, everyone’s always so sweet, they always arrive right on time. Wish I could give them more than a five star review! Would definitely recommend giving them a try!

I just wanted to say that I called and booked the service to have my home cleaned and Marina’s cleaning services. Did an outstanding job of getting me on the calendar and having one of their people show up on time Ivonne clean my house from top to bottom and did an excellent job. I definitely would recommend their services to anybody who is looking for a clean home done right.

I’m very picky. I usually keep my own house spotless, but sometimes I can use some help of course… I was hesitant hiring someone, but I was very satisfied with the deep cleaning. The ladies arrived on time as scheduled & got every corner & detail. I will definitely be using them again, thank you :)

Marina’s Cleaning has been my provider of choice for house cleaning for over a year. Their staff are hard working, self starters who hit the ground running from the time they arrive until they finish the job. Ivonne was sent to do my last cleaning and she did spectacularly. My house shined! I would totally recommend.

Clean and well organized store. Whilst, I could not find the venus fly trap the app said was in stock... I did managed to snag up some pretty awesome driving gloves, at an excellent price!

Clayton Bitler has fixed my sprinklers many times over the years. They are very knowledgeable and super helpful every time they come out. I highly recommend them!

Clay was doing my lawn care. Clay's guys do a great job but Clay is rude an arrogant. We had a disagreement over a job and because he was having a bad day he called and yelled at me, told me he didn't care if I fired him and then hung up on me.
He does not like to admit that he is wrong and is very condescending. When I asked him if he was going to apologize for the way he acted he told me "he forgave me." This is no way to treat a customer even if they are wrong and I was not.

You can't believe all the reviews you read. I looked up that woman and she almost always gives one star reviews. I have known Clay for over 20 years and his work has always been honest and excellent. He always calls if he is running late and his crew does exceptional work. We had him do some repairs to our system and it was fair and excellent. When we had our home in Richardson his landscaping ideas were great and did a beautiful job with the colors and arranging. When we got ready to sell we had some comments about how beautiful it was.

Southern Pro-Vision completed our backyard landscape lights today and I’m beyond obsessed. I’m very pleased with everything from the work done, as well as the reasonableness of the quote, and your work ethics. I’ll continue to refer you to any of my friends who request landscaping recommendations. SPV, keep doing what you are doing because it works! Your service and product are what sets your company apart from any of the others.

Update: We are still happy with Craig's installation and his irrigation service which we have had to use in the year since we had our front beds installed.

A word of caution to novices like ourselves about landscape design and plant choices. Do your homework on the maturity size of all of the plants you intend to install, as well as your sunlight conditions at and around your house. Many of the Texas native and more hardier varieties of shrubs Craig chose have not fared well due to decreasing amount of sunlight year after year as other plants in the garden compete for the same light. Every time I show pictures of issues I'm having at gardening centers, I'm told that certain varieties should be getting way more sun than they are, or they're too densely packed in a certain location on the bed. We did tell Craig that we wanted a really full and lush look and gave us what we wanted, but now it's to our detriment.

We've had to make a few replacements and adjustments ourselves due to this problem, and another oversight of ours and Craig's: not paying attention to our neighbor's yard whose trees cast quite a bit of shade into our yard about halfway through the day. When our landscaping was installed it was winter time and these trees are humongous but they had no leaves at that time. Also the sun's position is different in the winter. It was only the next summer that we realized quite how much shade they really do cast on one side of our yard making it very difficult for sun-loving shrub varieties to thrive, and eliminating any symmetry we were going for between both sides of the house. One side has consistently grown well, this side struggles and everything is smaller.

We've had to pull and replace several shrubs over the years due to frost damage, lack of sufficient sunlight, and in the case of several abelias: poor health. We were aiming for little to no maintenance, just pruning, mulching, and fertilizing, and we certainly got more than we signed up for. It's not been an issue for us, we both enjoy gardening quite a bit now, and we have learned a lot along the way. I just regret not being more savvy then and relying solely on Craig's design which was fine for initial install but both aesthetically and fundamentally did not make sense once these plants started growing.

So far so good! From the get-to, Craig was responsive and easy to work with. He designed a really beautiful front landscape for us composed of drought-tolerant, easy to maintain, hands-off, and "hard to screw up" plants (at our specific request because we suck at gardening) that will hopefully bring us joy for years to come. There's nothing quite like a refreshed landscape and if you can afford to do it, I highly recommend working with Craig. His prices are fair and his advice is really handy - especially for novice garden people like ourselves. He's still been responsive and helpful, months after planting our beds. Every time I have a stupid gardening question or concern, he responds with advice and insights and doesn't make me feel like the novice I am!

We got our backyard landscape done by Craig and it looks absolutely gorgeous! We didn’t know exactly what we wanted but he definitely knew how to direct us in the direction we were going for. You can tell he’s very passionate about what he does and he knows what he’s talking about. People like that are hard to come by nowadays. Every time I look out of my sunroom I feel such serenity. He truly captured every detail in his design. Every time we have guests over we get constant compliments on how amazing and beautiful our backyard looks thanks to Craig and his crew. They all went above and beyond for sure! I’ve even recommended him to anyone and everyone I know and some of them have actually used him and have thanked me for recommending him to them. I 100% will be using him again for another project we have planned. Thank you Southern Pro-vision for fulfilling our needs!

We highly recommend working with Craig for any landscaping help you may need. His expertise allowed us to have a one-stop experience versus working with 3-5 different contractors on exterior projects that needed a wide-range of work done.

He's extremely knowledgable and was able to bring a clear vision to our 1/3 acre landscaping project that required a lot of new plantings and new sod. His team was also able to fix ongoing irrigation, sump pump, drip line and drainage issues. The team was meticulous and went above and beyond at every step -- all while staying within our budget.

They also returned to help after a few trees were uprooted in the 80+ mph winds. We're so grateful for their help and expertise!
