Never disappointed! Ray (the owner) is very responsive and attentive to issues. The Techs I request, Jack and/or Dylan, are always respectful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! I have only used them for the last five years and will continue to rely on them to service my A/C because you can trust them and trust they will fix the problem!

New to Third Coast Air & Heat. I was very impressed with the quick response to my request for furnace maintenance. I received a picture of the technician & was informed he was on his way, which I really liked. Jack arrived on time and was very nice and very professional. Look forward to working with them again in the Spring for my AC maintenance.

We had a leak on our AC unit. They had to come out several times to put Freon. They never gave up until they found the leak. Always a great group of guys come out to your house. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a really good experience with Third Coast Air & Heat. When it was time to replace our old AC, they helped us choose the right system without any pressure and explained everything clearly. Installation went smoothly and the team was professional and respectful of our home. Two years later, they came back for maintenance and did a great job making sure everything was still running perfectly. It’s nice to find a company and people who are reliable, honest and easy to work with — I’d definitely recommend them.

One of best experiences with any service providers. Our A/C went out and Third Coast had temporary came out and diagnosed the issue andA/C units installed and running the same day I called. They had to replace the entire unit. The new unit was installed and running within two days of my initial call. I would strongly recommend Third Coast to anyone that has any A/C or Heater issues.

Jack was awesome! He was not only professional and polite but he was also educational and took the time to explain everything to me he was doing. He definitely made me feel comfortable and confident we were in good hands. He also went above and beyond by changing one of our filters and showing me how to do it as well. This is my first time to use Third Coast after receiving a great recommendation from another company. They were even better than I expected. They were quick to respond, and set up a same day appointment. Jack arrived on time, understood the problem and repaired it quickly. He set us up on a regular service program and included today’s charges with the new contract. I cannot express how highly recommend them.
