Very nice and professional workers that came up to do a tune up for my AC and fix a clogged drain pipe for no extra costs. Brother in law also used them for an AC repair and said their prices were right in line with what he estimated so Id recommend!

Two technicians came today to replace the heat assembly in our Trane package unit. The original heat assembly had some severe rust issues and the new one went in and was tested in about two hours. The heating system is working effortlessly and quietly.

I've used Third Coast twice now. Once for an evaporator coil replacement. Response time for that was really fast and we were only without A/C for a day.

The second time was for a ducted mini split for our garage and extra room inside our garage. They met with us and discussed the best options. They were flexible and installed the vents, return air, and thermostat where we wanted them. Communication during the project was good. They cleaned up the site at the end of the job.

I feel they are thorough with maintenance as well as service calls. One employee even went above and beyond during a major freeze to make sure my mother in law had heat!

I discovered that our central heat was not functioning properly and called Third Coast for help. It was Saturday afternoon and the technician (Dylan) arrived within an hour of my initial call.
