Lucas and Rod came to my residence very friendly, professional and respectable. Lucas checked for plumbing leaks and made his recommendation within minutes of seeing the problem. Lucas caulked my tub and when I asked to learn he was more than eager to show me how it’s done. Great customer service!

Rod was new but you can tell the kid is hungry and wants to learn. Lucas was instructing him and he was a good student doing as he was told without complaints. He will have a great future learning under Lucas.

I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Needed water heater replacement and Tyler Hyde came by to explain the different models and then install next day. Very polite and professional and extremely patient with all my questions. Also took time to go over my questions on filtration system. Did excellent job and went extra mile to take care of a couple extra items.

Alfred, the plumber was extremely polite, courtesy, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. He explained my issue to me throughly and in terms I could understand. He was patient as I asked questions, pointed out hazards and informed me of potential leaks in the future. Since my repair required several visits to my home due to parts availability, I'm glad Alfred was able to complete the job instead of someone else. I applaud BSP for their dedication to the customer and for all the services I have received.

Alex did a wonderful job fixing my leak. I called Big State at 8 AM. Alex arrived at my house at 9:30 AM. He found the leak quickly (in the attic) and had all the material and tools with him, to do the job. The leak was repaired by 11 AM. That's only 3 hours from phone call to completed job. Remarkable!

It was a great experience and my first with Big State. Their septic pump guy, Wesley, was very easy to work with. The only reason I didn’t give them (5) stars is that they had not outfitted their truck with basic tools to access the covers on my system. I’m glad I was home.

But Cameron, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I told him what I was experiencing, and he asked a couple of questions and solved the problem for us. He knew what the issue was. He gave advice on what to do and how to maintain things. I can appreciate youngmen like Cameron.

This is the second time I have used Big State plumbing and I have to say the quality of work that they do is excellent. The techs has always been professional, provides great customer service and above all the plumbing work is grade A. I fully recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.
