Josh did a amazing job .. He has the knowledge of what chemicals to use on how dirty the carpet is. He took his time to address all my concerns.

This is a great example of who you should always contact when you need their services. They are the gold standard for quality and customer service. I am super impressed with their work and cleanliness in the process as well.

We used this company for water damage during the hard freeze in Feb 2021. What a terrible experience. They did a lot of unnecessary damage to the sheetrock when they removed the baseboards. By the time they brought in fans to dry out everything it had already dried. They charged me $3,196.00 to do this. I'm in the wrong business.

I cannot tell you enough how great this family company is. We moved into a new build home in fate and had some issues with the builders grading our home wrong that ended with us needing French drains. And premier came to the rescue. We of course we’re not having to foot the bill and they still treated us with the most respect and and the best quality work. Have even checked on us a few times and have answered all my annoying question. I’m truly grateful for Jeff and Deana.

Today I had their tech Shawn to my home to look at a leak. He was in and out in a timely manner but I never felt rushed. Even though I was pretty certain on what the cause and issue was he took the time to double check and throughly explain the process. He was very professional and incredibly personable. Customer service like that is really hard to come by. Thank you to the entire team for scheduling someone to come out on such short notice. If I ever need work done again I'll be calling here .

My builder contracted PCS to fix a major, ongoing drainage issue in my lawn. They installed numerous pipes and french drains, and those drains did in fact help the issue for about 6-7 months. However, the issue soon came back, and when PCS (Jeff) and the builder came to my home to take a look at the issue it was obvious Jeff and the builder did not want anything to do with the problem moving forward. They immediately proceeded to lay blame on me the homeowner for lack of maintenance to the french drains. This is despite the fact that the drains continually flow and they were showing no signs of blockage! To verify, I consulted with another drainage company that confirmed it was not due to improper maintenance, but rather it was because of an improper installation and layout of the french drains themselves. The drainage company I consulted with also pointed out a number of issues with the work they performed. Bottom line, PCS would not stand behind the work they performed and will be partial to the builder and not the homeowner. I would not recommend their drainage services to anyone.

Moved into our newly built house back in November and I am thankful for the warranty that it came with. Obviously they were rushing the house after all the delays since we had nowhere to go.. but a hotel. Now that we are in, Sharon with Premier carpet services has been a delight to work with. everything gets handled the minute we submit the request. its more of: "consider it done" type of services. A++++++

Premier was hired as a 3rd party sub-contractor by our builder, DR Horton, to provide warranty repairs on our home. The owner Dena is pleasant to communicate with and their workers arrived promptly as scheduled. Not only did they provide quality workmanship, but when the builder refused to cover some obvious issues with our home Premier stepped up and fixed them in an incredibly generous manner. I may not have been the one to hire them this time, but I will certainly be calling them again in the future when I need general repairs or carpet cleaning done. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Jeff came out to get some survey things done for our drainage problem. He had his crew out here within 2 weeks getting everything addressed and put in 2 French drains on each side of our property. He was very professional and polite. Their drainage crew was great as well they did a fantastic job and it looks great as if nothing happened. I also used them to replace some of my carpet in our house our dog chewed up as well. Sean was out here and did a great job can’t even tell our pup ate the carpet. Will definitely recommend Permier!

I called Turf Green Lawn Care Services today because I just moved to Lavon, and I needed a mow badly! They came the same day and did such a great job. They are super nice and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough!

I just started with turf green. They provided a door hanger with pricing and all I had to do was fill a few spaces and text it back. They scheduled next day to mow. Email invoice to pay. Looks great and a professional process makes me happy. They offer quick accept and done invoice in email at a good price. Organized and professional, my gate was shut just like I left it.
