The team members who service my lawn weekly are professional, knowledgeable, always taking time to answer any questions I may have. Between Joe's Lawn Service and my Lawn care provider, I have a lawn that I am proud of plus always get compliments.

My previous lawn care person. Left me hanging, he just didn't show up and never came back. My lawn needed to be mowed, I even received a letter from my HOA. I looked on line called a few companies. They didn't return my calls or internet applications.

Then I remembered the sign advertising for Joe's lawn care and tree service. I contacted them. Two days later the came to my house and did a great job mowing and trimming my front and backyard. I look forward to working with Joe's lawn care on a permanent basis from now on.

I have been with Joe's lawn service every since my wife and I moved into our home. The first year was good going into the second year it was horrible. #1 They destroyed my driveway lights with their weed eater, I sent pictures to show Joe.#2 They were called back out to finish blowing the grass off of my Doorstep which was half Ass done.#3 They left dead wet grass in the front area of my yard,It looked like there was excavation going on.I sent pictures to Joe who informed me that they would come by to clean up that wet grass left behind ,but they never showed up to do it.#4 The grass in my back yard was cut uneven in certain places again pictures were taken.#5 My gate combination lock was left unsecured. Normally before leaving town my wife and I secure the gate and we take a picture of the lock being secured. These photos are time stamped when taken. After informing Joe of the situation with the unsecured lock left open. He stated that the gate was already unlocked when they arrived. I then informed him that ,that may be correct because it was his team of workers that left it unsecured from the last time they were there.The lock is used to keep kids and intruders from accessing the back yard through the gate entrance.Joe does have the combination to the lock Finally ,I called Joe and asked for a quote for my flower bed and trees,he said he would get back with me. After a whole day of no responses, I then sent a text out to Joe and asked if he could give me a quote for service for the items I just stated. He informed me that he would have it in the morning. After another whole day of failed communication my wife and I decided to move on from Joe and cancel service affective immediately. As business owners ourselves, communication and transparency is key in getting,keeping,and maintaining a thriving business, especially in this economy,people want to feel like their hard earned money is being spent on the services that they are requesting (Quality of Service) is what seperates an Excellent business from an Average one.

We had some remolding to our kitchen and it turned out fantastic. Would recommend this company to any of my friends

We hired the team at T&D to build a pergola, gabled patio, cedar slat walls and extend the concrete on the back side of our home. Very pleased with the final outcome, would recommend.

This company built a back patio extension, side patio with outdoor kitchen, and redid a front door outside entryway on a project on a golf course in Plano. They were remarkable! All was done in cedar and included electrical, gas, lighting, and full outdoor kitchen built from scratch. This was all made from cedar, but also included artificial turf work as well as stone and concrete work. They were prompt and VERY communicative! And totally OVER DELIVERED. Our original design for the back would have obstructed some of our golf course view and he saw it, stopped construction, got ahold of us and figured out a way to get it done. In many years of house remodels(both for us and for others), it was great to see a contractor stop and figure out a solution that worked, instead of just building it and saying we built to your specs! We have had many people from the golf course comment on their work, and a couple ask to come in to the backyard to look at both patios and outdoor kitchen! I wish ALL of our contractors would have showed up, performed, cleaned up, and overdelivered like T&D Construction did! Call them, you won’t be disappointed! Dan & Deb

Tom and his crew were very easy to work with during the entire project. They finished the work on time and within the budget that we talked about at the start of the project. The work that I asked them to add on came with small cost increase.

Tom and Doris are great! Very professional and honest. I didn’t get the chance to work with them this time but they will definitely be my first choice for construction needs!
