Reviews of local pros in Nevada, Texas

Tom, Doris, and their crew were great from the first communication through the completion of the project. Tom took on the challenging task of correcting the previous owner’s DIY roofing job on our pergola and gave us what we were truly wanting. It’s rare these days to encounter such a nice and honest contractor. I highly recommend T&D Construction.

Working with Tom and Doris and their crews on multiple patios and screened in porches has been remarkably easy and the craftsmanship is second to none. 7 project and counting and they are my only call when looking to satisfy my clients with the Best!!

T&D did a wonderful job with my outside patio. I knew what I wanted, but I really didn't know. Tom helped out with the size and design. We included lights, ceiling fans and outlets, and installed a sliding glass door. I highly recommend T&D!
The finished product is a backyard game changer! My family and I are always out there now whereas before, we hardly set foot in the back!
Thank you very much Tom for the great work and patience with me.

I had a great experience with T&D Construction. They built a patio cover for me and enlarged my patio a few months ago. All of what I was wanting and imagining my patio to be were brought to life. I highly recommend them over and over again. Tom was wonderful to work with and I could not have asked for a better experience. He truly knows and understands the business of outdoor living.

We initially contracted with a different company to have an 40x16 patio extension and had the worst experience. A project that should’ve taken about a month to complete stretched out 7-8 months and still was not complete at the end of it. What was completed was a disaster waiting to happen. Tom at T&D Construction was referred to us by some friends and within 2 days he was out reviewing our patio situation. He had to tear down and start over 60% of the project but still completed the patio plus the outdoor kitchen in less than 3 weeks. We are SO unbelievably happy that we can now utilize our outdoor space all thanks to T&D Construction!!

T&D built this beautiful cedar patio for us, and we could not be more pleased! They replaced the existing fiberglass/aluminum/whatever flat-roofed structure and triple-slabbed floor; the pictures show the results. The entire project moved along rapidly; the costs were all explained and kept within budget.

The entire project has gone better than we could ever have imagined! All the work crews were top-notch craftsmen. Dealing with Tom personally has been terrific.

I would use T &D again in a heartbeat!

Tom and his team are a rare breed in today's world where people rarely do as they say and do a good job at it. I highly recommend
T & D Construction for your remodeling needs. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful couple to work with that own this business. I knew first time I met Tom I wouldn’t go with any other. Workmanship turned out better than I hoped for. Always takes more time than we would like for construction but it was worth the wait. Few small things that needed fixed - Tom will make sure they get done. Very nice Christian couple! In my pics I put the arbor I had before - then what my screened in porch looked like after inside and out!
I’ve used him for other structures and referred him to several other friends

I had a drawing of what I wanted my pergola to look like and showed it to Tom of T&D Construction and him and his crew brought it to life. We are so happy with the results! We had alot of questions along the way and Tom did his best to answer them for us and explain anything we didnt understand about pergolas, cedar wood, building process, etc... Eased our minds during the process. Tom and his crew also respected our property as well. They cleaned up after themselves, which was very important to us because we have had others come to our home and they did not have the same respect. So thank you T&D Construc. for that. We would definitely recommend Tom and his company to anyone. They did a great job!

We recently had a pool house built by T&D and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and highly skilled. They listened to our vision, provided great suggestions, and executed everything with precision and quality craftsmanship.

The entire process was seamless, and they stayed on schedule while keeping us informed every step of the way. The attention to detail in the design and construction truly exceeded our expectations. Now, we have a beautiful, functional space that perfectly complements our backyard.

If you’re looking for a reliable and talented contractor, we highly recommend T&D and their team. They delivered top-notch work, and we will definitely be using them for future projects!

T&D Construction comes to you highly recommended. Tom and Doris are great people and they did a great job... and fast!! It was completed quickly, and it was done very well. I would use them again for my next home project. Super job.

Called Tom for patio quote. He came out the very same day, explained the process, provided a detailed quote, and was very responsive. As far as the work goes they went above and beyond with quality, expectations, and completion dates… Love it and would recommend to anyone. THANKS TOM AND THE T&D CREW

T&D Construction is easily the best choice I could have made for my home renovations. After researching multiple contractors, I hired Tom and his team to tackle a balcony reconstruction and a major floor repair on my 50-year-old house.

Working on older homes always presents unique challenges, but Tom’s team handled everything with expert precision and care. They were professional, communicative, and—most impressively—stuck to the estimated timeline without sacrificing quality. It is rare to find a crew that balances craftsmanship with such high level of reliability. I’ve already planned to use them for upcoming projects and can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality construction work.

Tom, Doris and their team did an amazing job for my clients. We were all amazed at how fast and efficient the process was from start to finish. They were even great enough to come and fix up some damages we caused. Absolute best in the business. I'd recommend any day of the week. I'll be using them again soon.

We are truly happy with our screen room and patio! From start to finish, Tom went beyond our expectations. We shared our ideas, and he took them to another level, adding thoughtful touches we never would have imagined. His crew was professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The quality and craftsmanship truly show, and we are proud of the finished screen room and patio. We recommend this company to anyone looking for exceptional work and outstanding service.

Very fair and competitive pricing, with the best service money can buy. Will definitely use them again! :)

Dalton with Community Home Services Plumbing completed a challenging installation of our new 5-stage, 2-tank reverse osmosis system with faucet. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.

Dalton has now become my go-to for any future plumbing needs, big or small. I strongly suggest that any of you in his service area consider him for your next plumbing project.

Had an ice maker water valve fail. I could not get it loose so called Community Home Service which did a great job fixing it

Dakton responded promptly, provided high quality work and did his part to get my gas restored after a leak near my meter. He is great to work with and I would definitely use him again next time I have a need for a plumber.

Community Home Services was great to work with! He came out and fixed a pipe and repaired our toilet. The work was well done and affordable. He was great to work with, as well. We plan on having him out to install a sink, as well!

Dalton is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, explains the problem without talking over your head, fast, efficient, and affordable. Unfortunately, I am a returning customer and every experience has been great!
