Landscaping reviews in New Braunfels, Texas

Dustin continues to provide professional service for our landscaping. After recently losing our lead, who knew us and our landscaping well and always provided excellent service, we weren't sure who would be our new point person. We're delighted Mike brought his decades of experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance from Florida to join Dustin's team at New Braunfels Property Care & Landscape Design. He was very attentive to our rather particular needs and desires when it comes to our landscape maintenance. Despite being new to our property, he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and effective in managing the plants and beds. Mike walked the property with us before he & Efron started, and again at the end to make sure we were happy. They did a terrific job, right down to the perfect rounded & separated look we like on the boxwoods, and going above and beyond when trimming the lantanas, adding a cute little curve when restoring their separation from the shrubs in front of them. While change is hard, he made the transition seamless for us as homeowners. Thank you!!!

Great service and great results.

Dustin, and his crew, do an amazing job. No job too big or small. Always great work and fast.

Cory did an excellent job helping fix my sprinkler system. Very thorough and made sure everything was right. Thanks

Guys arrived on the day promised and did a great job. I have many large big trees and they all lost their leaves at the same time. Big job, easily handled.

These guys are great to work with! Very thorough and take pride in what your yard looks like. Would use them again anytime!

Excellent project management and communication... from concept design to bid to installation and follow up. Efficient workers with attention to detail and high level of excellence.

Dustin and his staff do a great job! They are reliable, price competitive, and keep my yard looking great!

The three young men did a wonderful job. My yard looks amazing.

Super unprofessional, had the workers sitting infront of my house sitting there for 2 hours not working.

We have been working with NB Property Care for over a year and a half. I won't go any where else. They truly care for our lawn, shrubs and irrigation system. Highly recommend!

They have been our landscape maintenance contractor since January 2016. Have done a great job taking care of the routine lawn mowing, fertilizing, mulching and taking care of our shrubbery and flower beds. Have also done some special landscape projects for us. In addition, they have an irrigation division to fix our lawn sprinklers when they break and to do the annual backflow inspections that are required.

Prior to last week's deep freeze, NB Property Care emailed a video to each customer showing us how to drain and winterize our back-flow and irrigation systems. This unanticipated service was greatly appreciated.

I want to say a few thing about New Braunfels Property Care. My wife and I have lived at our present home for 3 years. We have tried several lawn maintenance companies and have been disappointed with spotty care and very inconsistent service. NB Property Care solved that. We now have on time service.

Our agreement is what I will call a “hybrid” service. We live on one acre and NB Property Care takes care of mowing, trimming and edging the front and a small portion of the back, we mow the rest. NBPC trims the entire back yard. There are several areas of “surface rock” which really make it hard to mow, the NBPC team has gone the extra step to trim around those areas so that our mowing is much easier not to mention less “stress” on our mower!

Here’s the bottom line; the team that takes care of our house gets it! They know what it takes to care for a lawn and home and they do it! An example; after mowing they were blowing the loose grass off of our patio and some zero scape. They also blew the leaves out from under our Oak tree that had zero scape next to the house. This is a task that once you start, you can’t stop until it’s all done! That’s the extra, small step, that’s makes the difference we were looking for! Couldn’t be happier than we are with NB Property Care!

Whether the project is big or small, New Braunfels Property Care is the one to call. They treat each task professionally and economically, leaving no doubt in your mind that they have your best interest at heart and will do a great job. If it weren't for the visible work they've done, I'd have no idea they were even working because they clean up after themselves and leave no trace behind. When I have a lawn care need, New Braunfels Property Care is first on my list.

We worked with Dustin, Jason, and Cory for a major overhaul in our yard and the whole team was professional and talented in each area of expertise; from irrigation to plants. I trust and highly recommend NB Property Care.

Great work, definitely using them again for additional landscaping in the future!
