Used southern air today on an emergency basis. Sam is absolutely amazing, helpful, and did great work! I will never use anyone else!

This company came out and found out what was wrong with my A/C unit, gave us the quote, we accepted, and then they went and picked up the new unit at like 9 pm cam back and got us going again. Great company!!!

Sam did everything that I was hoping for and needing. I had high expectations. Southern Air Solutions is now in my contacts, because this is Texas, and a working ac is a must.

Sam came out on a holiday weekend, attic unit was leaking. Did a patch late Saturday. Came back Sunday with supplies. Got us fixed up quick. Thank you Sam.

Southern Plus bailed me out of a heating crisis. Nothing is worse than it being cold and the AC unit is not cooperating. They came out despite it being late in the evening. I am throughly impressed and satisfied with the work done.

We needed an emergency call because of water leaking from ceiling. This was the best response and outcome ever. We have used a couple of other local companies in the past that were terrible. This guy is the best.

Great service and very honest! They go above and beyond! Our heat went out and Sam stayed late in the night to fix it so we wouldn't be cold. We were so grateful and will never use anyone else.

We have nothing but great things to say !!! Arrived after hours (7:00 pm) on a holiday weekend to diagnose and repair our A/C. They even worked into the night (11:30 pm) without complaint which was more than appreciated ! Great prices and easy payment.

I had an absolute great experience with this company. I could not find a last minute company to send a technician out to fix our A/C until i called souther air solutions. They answered my call and arrived at my house within an hour which was the stated estimate. They do not over charge and are extremely knowledgable. Could not have had better service and highly recommend to anyone needing service.

Let’s see all the great things I can say about Sam and his customer service . Very professional and always there when I need him no matter how big or small the problem is he will get the job done . Great price and workmanship . 5 stars wish I could give him a 10!!!!

After working all day on a job site, Sam came out and fixed our a/c problems. He is phenomenal!! He managed to take care of the system which had been improperly installed and got is working correctly. I can give enough stars for the work he did. He will definitely be our go to a/c man from now on.

It's taken me awhile to write this review but better late than never. In August of 2019 my 81-yr old mother's AC went out around 7PM in New Caney. I live in Austin and she was looking for my help to get it fixed. I Googled best AC repair in New Caney and Southern Air came up. I got the number over to her and she called. What happened next was awesome. Not only did Southern Air squeeze her into a completely full schedule, they came miles and miles out of their way to arrive at 11PM and worked to get her up and running that night. They worked into the night and finished in the early AM. My mom called me that night to let me know that cold air was blowing and that the men that came out were Christian based and helpful and kind beyond words. I have referred 2 others to SAS with similar feedback. Use these guys...you won't be sorry!

Easy online scheduling, happy to see local down to earth guys. Was quick to figure out problem. Got quote quickly even offered financing/payment options for the bill. Came back next day was up in running in few hours, been working great since. Definitely recommend
