Sam was phenomenal! Moved into a new home (new to us) on Monday, my husband had issues installing a new thermostat on Wednesday. Called Sam and he was at our house within the hour. He found the fuse that was blown and we were back up and running. The next day Imelda hit and flooded our home. We had friends over pulling up floors and cutting out drywall and the downstairs AC stopped working. Sam happened to be in the area with his wife and came to our house within 5 minutes and went to work diagnosing the issue. In all the craziness someone must have bumped the thermostat and dislodged it from the wall. Sam quickly figured that out and again we were back up and running!!!! He really took care of us and we are so grateful to have found him! Thank you Sam!!! You are our AC guy for life!

Our A/C went out on a Friday. I first called another reputable service company recommended to me by a friend. They came out Friday afternoon and presented several replacement options. We decided to get a second opinion and found SAS on Google. We spoke with Sam late Friday night and he came out first thing Saturday morning. He was very professional and explained options clearly and honestly. We decided to work with SAS for our new unit over the first company based on pricing, professionalism, and better understanding of our existing system. We are very happy that we did. My wife is 8 months pregnant and Sam broke us into his schedule to complete the new installation Sunday morning. He and his crew were very friendly and wore masks and shoe covers when in the house. The job went smoothly and our AC was up and running by lunch! He provided a report of the AC performance with a detailed invoice and identified which filters were in need of change-out. He also checked our second AC unit and ensured it was running properly and added some refrigerant. He came back for a follow-up visit a week later to make sure the new unit was running well and the smaller old unit was still holding pressure with added refrigerant. Overall it was great working with Sam and we will plan to work with him for our AC needs in the future.

Our AC had gone out and our house got up to 86 in the summer time, which as you know in Texas summers is a no go! I checked out different AC companies and knew from the reviews to contact Southern Air Solutions. After speaking on the phone, Sam was out to our house within a few hours and diagnosed the issue within about 15 minutes. He was thorough and even did a report before and after fixing the issue. He replaced our thermostat and cleaned the coils in our attic heat exchanger. He explained the process for those of us who are not experienced with AC and was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. He also acknowledged that my husband was in the Marine Corps and gave a Veterans discount. Any future issues we will definitely be calling Sam and Southern Air Solutions. We highly recommend working with them for any AC and heating needs you have!

Sam and his crew were amazing. On time. Worked all day in this Texas heat. Got our new house up and running with AC and heat. Great prices and financing! As a young couple everyone wanted to empty our pockets but they worked with us and got us a great price! Very professional and picked up everything they brought with them. I am not a review writer, but in this case I feel like I would not be doing my due diligence if I did not spread the word about this phenomenal company. We will NEVER use another company when it comes to anything AC related! Sam is hands down the BEST!!! We had an emergency job at 9:30 P.M. on a Saturday night, we called, he answered and within an hour he was at our door. He stayed until our AC was blowing cold which was about 1:45 A.M. With Sunday being Father's Day and having a family of his own, he selflessly took care of us and our kiddos! The price was beyond reasonable, and we are beyond grateful! Use Southern Air Solutions and I promise you will not be disappointed! This company clearly takes pride in their work and it is 100% about customer satisfaction! Sam and Team did a great job installing a brand new mini-split in my home. They spent the time on the front-end helping me think through options. Whereas most seem to try and push a cookie-cutter approach, Sam really took the time to make sure I had the right solution for my circumstances. Installation was seamless (on time, efficient, courteous, clean) and I look forward to enjoying my mini-split for many years to come.

Had to call air conditioning company on Sunday because ac stopped working.Called them and they were there within a hour. Ckecked ac and found ac needed replaced.Sam came out the same day and set us up with financial help so we could get us a new ac.He helped us install a window unit as temp ac.They came on Tuesday and installed new Ac , Inside unit and thermostat it only took them 5 hours .Sam also figured out a electric issue we were having at no charge.I was very impressed with how professional they were.They treated us like family.Helped remove window unit.I have been needing a good ac company I can trust for a long time.I will use them from now on.I highly recommend them.Great Job Sam
