I called Sam, he was slammed with work but fit me in his schedule and had my AC running in no time.I highly recommend Southern Air Solutions,very professional and knowledgeable.Thank you Sam!

Sam stopped to help us when my truck broke down in the middle of no where! He was the only one to stop! We were there over an hour when he stopped. He was professional and tried to help us get a mechanic. Good people exists!!!

Southern Air Solutions also does smaller construction projects. We had them build out our home theater and they did an excellent job.
They built a raised platform for the theater seating and installed Rockwool insulation to absorb sound.
They installed the home theater equipment and calibrated it for an optimized sound experience.
The project looks beautiful, the quality of the construction and installation is excellent, and the sound and experience could not be better.

Sam was awesome! Responsive? Yes! It was summer, it was hot, our ac quit, I called , he provided same day service, same day temp units, honest opinion, replaced my ac, and we had cool air again. I will be a customer here for life, above and beyond should be their motto. Seriously the best ac company I have ever dealt with.

Sam really helped us out! Our ac died on a Sunday, they came out within an hour to check it, but it was dead. Though we’re were not able to get the new unit installed same day (it was a Sunday y’all, all the supply places were closed), they helped us put a window unit in our living room, it was ours but they did offer to have one of theirs if we didn’t have one. They were able to install on Tuesday. They came at 1pm and finished at 6:30. And he took out the window unit and carried it back to our HE-shed for us before they left.

We expected a much higher estimate but they were much lower than expected. Sam setup the financing on Sunday thru Wells Fargo so we got that taken care of first and out of the way. Easy, fast, professional & personable.

Sam was awesome! Friendly and informative, and he was at our home within an hour of me calling Southern. Wow! AC is up and running! Price was fair too. I'm really glad to find a company that does things right.

I saw that Southern Air Soluction had a five star rating! So I called spoke with Sam! He was very professional! He Listened to my concerns I had with my AC, came to home my addressed the problem right way. This company is very through and honest! Southern Air solutions will be forever AC Company!!! Thank you so much!!!

Sam was fantastic. A/C went out at 5am, woke up to a hot house at 6am, called at 6:15am (On a Saturday), he was here promptly at 7:25am earlier than he promised.

Price was fair, he was done quickly and the house is cold again. 10/10 would use again!

Southern air solutions is by far the best company I have ever had work on my a/c unit. They were fast they came out on a Sunday cause no one else comes out on a Sunday. They cared enough to come especially because I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they weren’t going to leave me high and dry. I recommend Southern air solutions 150% if you don’t use them you used the wrong people and throwing your money away. I can’t thank souther air solutions enough. And the owner even offered if they couldn’t fix it he would give me a brand new window unit. Best company ever.

You can’t tell me God doesn’t work in mysterious ways! I’ve had three other A/c people out here.(at the end of last year) they were all representatives of Choise. Home Warranty. And yes that’s a bad thing!!! You have to know Home Warrenty people come out armed with whatever the home warranty says is wrong. They all told me my coils had corrosion on them and were leaking therefore I need new coil’s (two of them quoted me a price to replace those coils in the 20 year old air-conditioning from between $16-$1800 )(private quote )And or a new air-conditioning unit. (Whether they actually open the inside unit or not) I’m 68 on very fixed income Thus this is the reason for this review.
Sam from Southern Air Solutions ✅ showed up at my house one hour after I called him. He thoroughly checked out my air-conditioning inside and out. He discovered the fan on the outside unit was running backwards due to the last repair man had it wired WRONG!(THANKS
TO ROY PATTON OF TEXAS TROPHY AIR in Porter Tx)(repair person from Choise. Home Warranty) The unit was also over charged with Freon(that could be because Mr Patton/And one other person came out and said it was low on Freon but Choise. Home Warranty won’t pay for it because the coils. ?But they could put it in off the record for $80 pop.)Which yes I opted to do that because I’m a nurse and don’t know anything about air-conditioning. They both said it would maybe give me 3 to 6 months before I have to replace things. Mr. Patton was out here twice to work on the outside unit the first time it lasted two days the second time it didn’t even last one. I’m not sure what he told Choise. Home Warranty but they refuse to work on the whole unit at all until I replace it.
Sam from Southern air solutions✅ Not only checked the units rewired out side he also cleaned the coils inside and out. Sam just save me about $4200 and I’m still flabbergasted at how Low the charge was today. I’m very happy to find a person and a company that does not take advantage of people. Thank you Sam from Southern Air Solutions ✅ definitely my go to AC people from now on!!
To top it all off Sam return to my house today and fixed the drain pipe on my inside unit so it could be cleaned out and wouldn’t drip in my floor anymore.What a lifesaver he is I’ve had that problem for years nobody addressed it.

Sam and his assistant have been out to my house three separate times for three separate jobs. They have done a fantastic job each and every time. And they have been willing to come out on a weekend on short notice when an emergency arose. They are superb!!

Well first 5 stars is not enough to express the overwhelming positive interaction I had today . I explained my issue with my unit and our situation and Mr.Sam took the time to assist me as much as he could . It was such a blessing I wish nothing but happiness for him and his family

I’ve used Southern Air Solutions a few times. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. The cost has always been very reasonable. I will continue to use these guys for all of my A/C maintenance and repairs.

I called Southern Air Solutions @ 5am. Sam Responded immediately when I called, was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly, and also able to give me contact information for a fire protection company that also responded within minutes to get our AC back up and running. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again the very next time I need an AC repair.

Professional, straightforward, and honest. Called Sam out to diagnose our system, was informative through the process and very knowledgeable. Super fast, courteous in the home, and upstanding character. He got our AC fixed up and blowing cold within an hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company. Extremely grateful for Sams help and good character🙏🏻

Update:
Furthermore a little while later we had to call Sam back out to repair our system, he was here as soon as possible and the repair took no time. Always recommend Southern Air for quick and reliable service.

I called Sam today needing someone to take a look at an ac that just stopped working. John came with in 30 min of getting off the phone with Sam. John was extremely knowledgeable and informative and thorough. I have had 3 other companies come out telling me the unit was bad and needed to be replaced. John replaced a fuse and bam unit is working! John not only was a great guy but he saved me a ton of money.

Sam is very professional yet caring,my old air went out in this heat wave and we were suffering in the heat ,he was very worried about us (seniors)getting our situation fixed.it was 5pm last nite and he had 2 wonderful guys at my door early that morning putting new air in.they were so pleasant and fast getting me back to normal n cleaned up so well afterwards inside n out.I highly recommend this company. Their all about their customers. A+ rating from me👍

Southern air solutions is amazing! Fantastic customer service ! Great pricing and they are fair and honest! Sam Campbell did an amazing job with our ac would recommend them to anyone needing any type of hvac service or installation! Will be using them again.

Our AC died suddenly last night and they came out within an hour of me calling them this morning. They fixed us up and were in frequent communication about progress and what problems they found. Really friendly and great service :)

I don’t post public reviews on any company that I have personally dealt with. But Sam and his crew came out to my place on 15 October 2020, they arrived very prompt with guns blazing ready to do what they do. Sam has been out to my place on a few occasions to perform minor maintenance/repairs, and has always been professional, very informative and helpful with any questions we ask him. He also came by in the dark of night when I called him a few days ago about my capacitor not working, he replaced the capacitor and sent me the invoice via email for payment online since I wasn’t home at the time he came out. This time he and his crew came out to replace my 24 plus year old trane ac unit both inside and outside, which thankfully he recommended just a few days prior. Let me just say when they were done with the install, you could hardly tell they were even here to begin with, let alone installed a whole ac system. If anyone is looking for a solid company for ac needs installs or repairs, Sam at southern air solutions is the guy. Very professional group of folks, southern air solutions should be proud of this crew. Solid!!!

Sam was great to work with! He came out to us when our AC wasn’t working and it was over 100 degrees. We had called a few other places but they were booked up. Pricing is reasonable and he explains what he does as well as takes pictures to help with future things/ or repairs. Highly recommend working with this company.
