Mary did an AMAZING job! We hired her to do a deep clean of our home and she made our entire house sparkle. She shows up promptly on time and brings all her own top of the line cleaning supplies/products. There’s not one area of my house that hasn’t been wiped, dusted, or cleaned. She even took the glass off from our chandelier in the breakfast area and hand washed all the pieces! She truly did a phenomenal job and is just as nice and professional as can be. I’m excited and thankful to have found such a wonderful and reliable cleaning service. Mary is the best!!

We have used Mrs. Mary’s cleaning services for over two years now. She has come consistently twice a month and always does a fantastic job. She goes over and beyond to make sure our house is sparkly clean when we get home. She’s honest and trustworthy. Wouldn’t use anyone else. So glad we found her!

I have had 3 cleans. The first cleaning was a deep clean, it took a long time, it was very thorough, and I thought it was a good sign for a continued service. The only exception was using my hard floor mop cleaner (bissell crosswave) on the carpet as a vacuum, as this is not good for the machine, it is not a vacuum. I do feel like if unsure, that was a question that could have been asked to me to ensure they had the right vacuum. I overlooked this and just explained what to use next time. Side note, I always prepare for cleanings by picking up as much as i can with littles, the day before, as well as do the dishes so there's minimal dishes. It was never said that general picking up of items was not included. We did agree to skip the beds/changing sheets however. Though i never was concerned about that ultimately because the point for me to get a cleaning service, was to hit the things that I couldn't get on a regular basis. The second time, there were some things that were off, but i figured it was a fluke and continued to book. The cleaning took about 3 hours. (The one notable thing was my husbands beard trimming scissors cut open the toothpaste that was placed into the cup next to the sink, and the entire tube of toothpaste fill the cup getting on everything. Again, i chalked it up to an accident and ignored it) The third clean came. I was asked last minute, literally 30 minutes before arriving, if they could come that day over a prescheduled day due to a cancellation. I had no time to preclean, or prepare as I do work a full time job and it was a week day at 7. I agreed to the new time, assuming it would be understood I was not prepared. This time i was not happy with the cleaning, again toothpaste filled the cup and got all over the lid, made a giant mess, the fan was not dusted, and the dishwasher was overfilled, things thrown in carelessly as well as dishes left around the house, like the bedside. This clean took 2.5 hours. It is clear they disagree with what services were expected or agreed upon, so i would just warn anyone looking to book to be very clear up front about what exactly you want. I expect a response to this saying that something I did was the reason for the disappointment. I'm not saying they would not be a good fit for someone else, but they are not a good fit for me, and i felt the need to explain why.

Absolutely outstanding job! Very professional. Mary’s deep clean reminded me of the Marine Corps white glove field days. These ladies cleaned floor to ceiling and missed nothing.
