From start to finish everything was great. This was my first time having a cleaning service let alone deep cleaning and after alot of research and looking at reviews. I liked what they said about Kayla and her team. I was very impressed, I have been working crazy hours (13 -18 hr/6 days a week) due to a implementation going on at my job, so my house had gotten in bad shape and cleaning was furthest from my mind.

I was embarrassed but felt zero judgement from Kayla and was able to get her ladies to come the same week.

When the ladies came they were so nice and super sweet and loved having my doggo supervisor around.

When they left my house it was like model home clean. I could not beleive my eyes.

The team was on time, friendly, and professional. They worked quickly, but did an outstanding job. The house looks AND smells great without an overpowering odor of cleaning chemicals or bleach. I will 100% call again if I am ever in the need of cleaning services.

Kayla and her team are FANTASTIC!! Through many years of trying different cleaning services for one reason or the other I never was completely satisfied. After debating on trying one more time I am so glad I did. I love EVERYTHING about them. Cleaning was AWSOME, very friendly and professional, very dependable but most of all never have to worry about having them in your home extremely trustworthy. After using them for a while they felt like family.❤️❤️

I hired this business for a day of declutter and 2nd day for deep clean service and had brand new items and too many items to mention that are not trash - thrown away with trash inside bags that I’m still going through. I hired a team because I haven’t had time and am only 1 person to do what needed to be done in my home. The deep clean in some ways was worse than what would be expected on even just maintenance service but the company made it right by coming out the next day and cleaning what they missed. We are still finding areas that were not addressed during the deep clean albeit small items, still upsetting to pay for deep clean and not completely receive it and week 2 due to our busy schedule are still going through “trash” bags finding items that should have never been thrown away. I am giving 4 stars because the owner did call me, apologize and made things right with us. I didn’t expect what happened due to great reviews and willing to give them another chance but with a different cleaning crew. In the end, we needed 4 people to bag and box and organize where just 1 me wasn’t cutting it anymore and overall having a deep cleaned home has been appreciated.

I HIGHLY would not recommend this company. My regular cleaners had a death in the family and I hired True Cleaning Experts to do a general cleaning. The general cleaning was so basic the cleaner didn’t even wipe my counters or sweep and mop properly. She didn’t make my bed and left without even saying she was done. I did voice my concerns to the representative (amberlynn) and she did offer to send her back but to charge me $250 for a general cleaning plus $40 for oven and $20 to clean my trash can the job was poorly done. Please go elsewhere. The reviews on Google are what made me decide to go with this company but they are deceiving or they need to get rid of the cleaner that was sent to my home. She ended up not charging me but it was still a waste of time.

Kayla has a truly amazing team of girls! My house always smells great & looks great when they leave! Alyssa is my regular house cleaner & she's so sweet & pays such great attention to the little things! 💓

I really enjoyed having Cecilia and Samantha come to deep clean my home. They were efficient and got the job done as my home was in desperate need of a deep clean before our event. The pricing for just my downstairs, for a deep clean felt a little high since I was told that they couldn't move furniture around to clean behind it. My chandelier was missed, but that could have just been an oversight and I didn't notice until after the fact, so that's on me. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to use them for the foreseeable future to help keep our busy home clean.

The owner Kayla answered my call on the first try and came out quickly to survey the job needing to be done. She was very professional and friendly and went out of her way to make an exception at cleaning our place since my husband and I were in a time crunch with a move! The next day she had someone out to clean our new RV and make it spic and span; our place smelled wonderful and was absolutely spotless! Her staff was very friendly and right on time for our appointment. I'll be having them come back out again for future cleaning!

We scheduled a deep clean appointment with True Cleaning Experts prior to the arrival of our next child. The girls that came and cleaned our house came in and did just that! They were very punctual - came in and got started right away. It was like a breath of fresh air once they finished. And one less thing for us to have to stress over while trying to get ready for a new little one. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any residential or commercial cleaning needs.

True Cleaning Experts did a wonderful job with a move out cleaning at our apartment near downtown Houston. Their team arrived on time and was efficient in the cleaning. They scheduled me in quickly and they were extremely polite and professional. The ladies arrived on time and were very friendly and did an amazing job. I live in my grandmothers old home and since she passed I haven’t been able to clean much or move things in the house and at some point it just became too much for me to handle. I was really hesitant about hiring someone to clean my home out of fear of being judged but the ladies were so understanding and kind about the situation. They worked extremely hard and throughout the day to make the house as clean as possible and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I told her what I needed done, any specific cleaning supplies she should use and she made notes and took off cleaning! I was very happy with the results and highly recommend them.
