Our first time trying Augusta lawn care services and I will definitely keep in contact when I need another service . The two guys that services my lawn did an excellent job cutting the lawn and trimming the edges and only took than 30 minutes working as a team! They were also so kind enough to pick up and take broken wood out of my lawn for me , I definitely recommend!

They just did an absolutely phenomenal job of Mowing my extremely overgrown yard for the first time! David Saucedo checked in with me after mowing to make sure everything was to my liking and I appreciate how detailed their work is.

Allison was helpful and got back to me quicky about a quote. The guys that came to mow our lawn were quick and did a good job! I would recommend them.

After having the service for several months there was some cosmetic damage done to the siding, Ryan came out and very professionally assessed and credited for the damages very quickly, Ryan is too notch!

She was apologetic for our miscommunication and very responsive to correcting it in the future. It was heartwarming to deal with someone in customer service so caring about the customer! The Augusta team came out to my property to evaluate some of the work I was wanting completed. They walked the property with me, listened to my needs, and addressed each of the issues I noted. By the time that they came back to perform the work, which was within a day, every single item was rectified beyond what I was anticipating. I have been looking for a good reliable lawn care service for two years. My first was not dependable, my second was more into Commercial and not so much residential. I believe I've found it with Augusta Lawn Care. In addition to the grass cutting, edging, and cleanup (great job!), I have also opted for the flower bed no weed, tree and shrub pruning, and mulch maintenance. I am 80 years old and this was just what I wanted. Total lawn and property care. Team personnel and friendly and professional. They show up when they say they're coming. This is the company you need. Highly recommended. I believe you not be disappointed. Rates are competitive. .

I requested to only have my front yard cut. I wired the gate to the back yard shut to avoid any confusion, but the crew managed to get back there anyway. Apparently the company didn't have any record of my initial request and I was expected to remind them every time we communicated. In the end I was charged $250 for a service I did not want.

The guys showed up bright and early and ready to go! They introduced themselves and were super cool. After chatting for a minute, they got to work right away. Not only did they mow, edge and weed whack but they even sprayed the edges for weeds. I wish I was better with names but I want to say Ryan and Scott? I feel bad for not remembering their names but look forward to seeing them again. Also, price is absolutely a killer deal for how good of a job they did and how professional. I have always taken care of my own yard because I love doing it. The reason I called Augusta Lawn Care was because I have devolved an issue with nerve pain the gets to be debilitating after even light exercise. I was telling the guys this and quickly realized that they enjoy making lawns look nice and find the same sort of Zen in it as I do. That made me feel like I couldn't have picked a better company to take care of my lawn!

Ryan and Josh were Money great. On time and friendly. They took care of the grass and cleaned out the front flowerbed as requested, then added the mulch I had purchased. The area looks neat with space for existing plants to expand. (They spread the mulch for me at no cost!)

They did a decent job on my lawn, however missed a pretty big section of weeding along my fence line. When I signed up I was told it would be $65.00 (and of course more money for extra time spent on the lawn which I expected) however I was never told how much the total cost was going to be after they came out which ended up being over $200.00? I would’ve appreciated the heads up because $150.00 extra dollars is pretty extreme IMO.

This was my first service for the summer, and Jennifer and Josh made it work for me to get my yard mowed on Monday instead of Tuesday since I'm heading out of town soon... Josh was as nice and professional as he could be, and after I showed him the quirks of my yard, he and his teammate got to work and in no time, it was done and looked great. Josh also sprayed weed killer in the mulch and flower beds here grass seems to grow better than in my yard. I am very happy with everything and am glad I called Augusta Lawn Service when I needed one. Thank you
