Jenny did an outstanding job setting up our new lawn service and clearly explaining what would be included and at what cost. The individual who serviced our lawn that same day also did a fantastic job. They even sent me a video showing the completed work, which was incredibly helpful since I live out of state and this is a rental property for us

They were prompt in responding to me and the estimator was friendly—although he unexpectedly showed up one day earlier than scheduled.

Unfortunately, they flat out refused my business, and the referral they provided does not service my area.

If you need work done right away, I would look elsewhere.

My first experience with Augusta was fantastic. My yard was overgrown and the team who came out handled it very well and professionally, they even offered suggestions after my service that they could help me with (ie shrub trimming). The scheduling team scheduled me the same week I inquired (would have probably been the next day if it wasn't raining). I appreciate this company a lot! Thank you for a great first service!

Augusta was great! They were easy to get a hold of for a quote and were able to complete the work a couple of days later. They were respectful of our property and arrived and finished as anticipated. Ryan and the crew were also super nice. I’ve attached a before and after photo of our front flower bed they revamped for us. However, we also have a smaller front flower bed that wasn’t part of the quoted project but they had extra mulch left after finishing the main bed and went ahead and cleaned up and mulched the smaller bed as well. They didn’t have to do that but I’m so glad they did. Highly recommend!

Was given a quote of $55.00 and charged $145 after the first cut. My lawn is very small, it takes 15 minutes to cut my lawn. I keep up with it for the most part other than some edging. There is no reason it should have taken so long to finish my yard. Would not recommend them for lawn service.

Follow up to response. My dogs were put away as soon as your team member notified me of his arrival. I agree that there is a slight slope in the yard that does make it harder to mow however, the dogs being put away have nothing to do with the time taking so long. Also, I have 2 dogs and am constantly cleaning the yard this should not have been an issue and I was not made aware that I needed to clean right before they arrived.

I am really satisfied with the lawn care service provided. Bryan is very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Getting the estimate done with Ryan today went very well. He seemed to grasp what I am requesting to have done with my turf and rock weed situation.
