My list of professionals that I trust is short and Fix-It-Felix is now added to that list. He was given the opportunity to provide services that we thought we should have him complete right away, but he consulted with us, and advised that we would be better served by waiting until a later time. He could have performed the services, charged us, and then came back at a later time and charge us again, but he didn't. He looked out for us, not himself.

First actual service call today. Prompt to the appointment and very thorough with service. Showed pictures of unit and explained what was done and when they would be back out for next service.

Felix was fast, knowledgeable, and very personable. He fixed our AC super quick and he didn't try to wheel and deal or sell us anything we didn't need. He will definitely be our go to guy from now on!
