I called at 9:30am. They were at my house within an hour and repairs were made quickly. I love these guys!

Gentlemen arrived exactly when expected. Very professional gentlemen that worked effectively as a team. Product is working great. Betsy, in the office, is a great communicator, too. Highly recommend.

Paul put in a new system for us 10-years back. It has worked flawlessly ever since, save one minior part failure (relay) along the way. Great people, great service.

This is the second time I've used Palestine Air. They were prompt and courteous. I would definitely call them again.

Palestine Air and Heat do such a great job. They are quick, reliable, informative, and reasonably priced. Especially for guy like me who is ignorant when it comes to anything home repair or maintenance related. Thank you so much!

Very easy to reach. Great customer service. Cannot recommend enough. Give them a call.

Paul Martine is simply the BEST! Even when my home warranty wouldn’t cover the repair, he was fair and fast. Quoted me every dollar I would spend and ended up helping me more than I could have asked for. Thank you Palestine Air & Heat for such awesome customer service!

Excellent service, called to report issue and was here and fixed AC within 2 hours.

we just moved to Palestine and there’s a heat wave going off the thermostat, the air conditioner everything stopped working in our house was 90° we could barely breathe. The dogs were pantingd and we are a senior citizen… the home inspection report said everything looked OK on the day. They inspected the systemm That was about six months ago… Palestine. Air came in the next morning and did some work on unit. Everybody was polite and nice. It was 9 AM at about 2 PM. The thermostat still said. 82° and at that time it was 89° outside and so I called them back and a few men came back very quickly. They are very kind and considerate and are trying to get this is up to par. I will update on what happened in a little while right now I’ll give it four stars,, but if everything turns out good, it will, of course be five stars and I will change the star rating TS Thomas

Michael was a really excellent technician. He was skillful and familiar with options. Most important, he was prompt and reliable. Michael and Palestine Air & Heat will be who I will call when I need HVAC assistance.

Paul and his employees did a fantastic job... were friendly and hard working. Most importantly they were honest and communicated with me (homeowner) in a timely manner. I will continue to rely on them to service the systems and I value their advice/recommendations.
