Our rent house AC stopped blowing cold, followed by the AC at our house the next week. I was thinking with this being the busy season we would be stuck in the heat for a while. I was very pleasantly surprise and appreciative to get a call within the hour. Quick and easy, our AC was back in a hurry. I would highly recommend this company!

Called Palestine Air & Heat about a fan motor on my outside unit heat pump. They said they could be here that same afternoon. I had a Dr. appt. and scheduled for the next morning and they arrived right on time. Found the problem, they had the part on their truck and had me running in about 30 minutes. I asked the service tech if he would look at the emergency heat on the inside unit which had not worked properly since the unit was installed. I've had four different HVAC people look at that and none were able to fix it. Palestine Air & Heat found the problem, fixed it and had me running in less than 15 minutes.
I can recommend Palestine Air & Heat to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC unit.

I have had to call them twice once for my heater not working and recently my A/C went out. I was always very comfortable with the repair man who came out to fix my equipment both times. I highly recommend this company. My AC went out on Friday night. They were here first thing this morning on Monday and it was Raining and Charles. The tech worked on my unit and had it back up and running in 20 minutes. I’ve used them before back in December 20 also in January 1921 highly recommend this company they are awesome I won’t go anywhere else.

We bought a new unit from Palestine air the price was very competitive and the service techs were polite and professional the owner came and checked on the installation. We are very pleased with the new unit!
