Very thankful! I have Multiple Sclerosis there for my house can't go under a certain temperature or I start to have spasms. So this morning when my AC went out all I had to do was call them! When I needed an electrician paco called Landon Roberts for me who came and fixed it! Yall might not even realize it but yall are my angels! Thank you!

Great company to use for service. The entire team was amazing (Denny, Jojo, Ty, Tyler, Rylan, and Hector)! They installed 4 new units in Borger, Tx at the Johson Park Youth Center. Definitely will be using their services again and the pricing was great!

Jakson, Jaron, Marshall did a great job on my install and got everything working great. Guys even worked late to get everything done.

Caleb and nick with halls heating and air did an amazing job getting us all the info we needed as well as explaining everything clearly. We definitely recommend using Halls for all your needs. Louis V was handy in helping us get thru a hard time on a late Saturday afternoon. He wasn’t leaving until we were taken care of and satisfied. We decided to upgrade to fix all our problems at once without pressure. However, he was fully educated and had knowledge that I will never understand yet truly appreciate that they took care of us. Dennis, Tyler & Ty all came within 48 hrs to save us. It was the hottest day all year and I pray for them to be blessed in return for all they did. They worked safely and wonderfully together as a team. I hope they know just how much they helped us in a hard time.

Caleb was a very professional and informative technician. He looked over our system very thoroughly and provided us with multiple options and solutions. I highly recommend him.

Caleb is the guy! He is very informative about HVAC systems. Answered all and any questions my fiancé and I had regarding air flow, returns, ducting, installation, maintenance, and unit size based off of current home square footage and future plans of adding on to our home.

Was needing an upgrade for my HVAC unit and had no idea what to do. I called Halls Heating and Air and let me tell u it was a great experience. From the initial call, Jasmin was great. She was very friendly and got someone out quickly. They also sent a name and picture of the technician so I knew exactly who to expect.
I couldn't be more pleased with their technician JACOB! He was very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was very patient to hear my concerns and took his time to explain every detail thoroughly and what my options were. He answered every question I had for him.

at frist I like it but when the city amarillo come out and told me it was not safe because it need to be in a tight place 4 mth Hall's came out and looked at the door and said they need to find a small door that was 3 mth how long does it take to look for a small door to make it sell tight know a mth September 12 they take $20 out of my account i am tried of waiting i hope nothing happens to my house because they want to take there time this is the door they need to fix i gave them 3 star.

Extremely pleased with our install!!! I am blown away with how this team, Caleb, Ramon, JoJo, and Yilmar went above and beyond. They did such a good job explaining everything to us, and cleaned everything up after the project. They were so kind and respectful. They were so fast and efficient. Absolutely the best company!! I just wanted to add an update of how great the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one went. It was wonderful and the guys did it all in one day!! JoJo, Hector and Rylan are a very awesome and hard working crew that gets the job done, very nice guys to have in your home!! Thanks again Hall's for having good people and service.

Be very careful with these people. They quoted me $17,000 to replace a 2 ton unit. $1000 if that was to widen a hole in the ceiling. Had another company come out and they said the hole was plenty big enough and did the whole job for $8000 after taxes and I got a 2 1/2 ton unit.

Halls was amazing!!! So fast and got to my house quickly mid-July when our ac unit quit on us! Jose and Tyler were a perfect example of professionalism, kindness and efficiency!
They made sure all of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable in my home!
