Caleb came out to our house to do a diagnostic on our heater that stopped working. When I tell you he was so detailed, it doesn't begin to describe the level of explanation, compassion, caring and thought process he put into our system. He came up with a great solution for our home and went above and beyond what I expected. After having a different company out yesterday that treated me horribly, having him sit down and take notice of what was going on was so meaningful. He is definitely a great representative of the Hall's brand!

I dealt with 2 different technicians today. Luis and Julian. Both were very friendly and professional. They earned my trust and I will definitely be working with them in the future.

Halls was able to get a technician out to fix our AC on the day we called. Nick did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and finding a fix in a timely manner. Very professional, polite and was fun to visit with. We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.

Wow, what a great company! Not only were they professionals, they treated me with respect and they do plumbing as well. Julian came to my residence provided the quintessential service that I was anticipating. Definitely doing more business with Hall’s.

First I was very surprised that Hall's was willing to drive from Pampa all the way to Claude.
Denny, Ty, Hecter, and Tyler were very professional throughout the installation. When we had a little hiccup with blow in isolation coming out of the vents, after many embarrassed apologies the guys were happy to vacuum it all up. I was even shocked with how accurate the digital thermostat is, how many options it has, and how detailed that they went into on how to use it on the unit itself and on my phone as well. What impressed me the most was the 99 year warranty, and even the fact that they were kind enough to even leave a new filter for the unit itself. In my opinion these guys are professional, kind, and well versed in their profession. I will definitely recommend them to do any HVAC work.

Hall's Heating and Air have been AMAZING!!! Starting with the customer service. Outstanding.. Jaron and Jakson arrived on time and they were very polite and ask us a few questions and then went right to work. They worked hard and efficient. Anytime we came out to see how they were doing. They would stop to talk to us and explain what they were doing and what they had already accomplished. As the job proceeded we could actually see all the new units up and we became very excited to see the finished product; of thier expertise work. They told us that they were twins when they introduced themselves. And we
Can see the connection between them how well they work together. They really helped explain the digital Amana unit on the wall and we were amazed how all the different ways to use it. And when they turned on the heat. It was quite and we could feel the house warming up right away. And it is very quiet while it is on. We are very grateful for the entire team and they came just in time because our older unit was starting to leak CO. And I was experiencing head aches and other symptoms. So they basically saved our lives. I would also truly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system. And request Jakon and Jaron also Caleb. It has been a VERY long time since I have done business with a company that displays the level of professionalism that I encountered with Hall's heating and air! The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; they kept me informed of every step of the process! Technician Luis Villanueva was both passionate and knowledgeable about the HVAC industry, and carefully explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand (without being condescending). To be perfectly honest, Luis was the reason that I ultimately decided to choose Hall's. The installation crew consisted of Jo-Jo, Jacob and Ethan (sorry guys, I don't remember your last names). They also were extremely professional, and performed every step of the installation process quickly and thoroughly. At the end of the process, they cleaned up EVERYTHING, and carefully explained everything that I needed to know, as well as politely answering all of my questions. At this point, I'm very pleased that we chose to go with Hall's, and we will gladly work with them in the future. Thanks again Hall's!!

Let me start out with great service. I loved the experience. Julian came out to my home diagnosed the problem and knocked it out. Very happy with the results and the price was on target. Julian’s smile , respect, & willingness to stop what he’s doing & answer my questions is what won me over. Anyone out there who hasn’t tried Hall’s for plumbing, I encourage you to do so

Our 22-year-old AC unit finally called it quits on a 95-degree day. I called Hall's and they came out to install a new system the next day. The new Amana system cools a lot better, quieter, and more efficiently than our previous unit, the difference is quite impressive. Shout-out to Jojo, Denny, and Jacob for putting in the long hours and a great installation!
