I have used Love My Maids for a number of years now. Alma cleaned my house last week and did an amazing job. She was thorough and precise in her work. She does great work!

We had our first move-in cleaning with LMM in June, and it was fantastic! We decided to continue with a monthly cleaning, and it has truly been a lifesaver. As someone managing a chronic illness while working full-time, having dependable help with home maintenance is invaluable. Traci is wonderfully sweet and exceptionally thorough, and she handles our energetic dog and cat with such grace. I want to extend a huge thank you to Traci and Brooke for their consistent communication and kindness throughout our journey with LMM.

Jennet Brown has been cleaning my house for a while. She does a fantastic job. The house always looks and smells clean when she leaves. Jennet takes the time to check in to make sure I am happy with her work. And she always takes the time to give my puppy a treat and petting while she is here.

I've been with Love my maids for about 7-8yrs, always had good service and we've had a few maids through them over those years. Most were good, some great and then there was Aimee Atkinson - whom we cannot live without now. She is perfection itself and I hope we get to continue to have her in our home for the foreseeable future.

Love My Maids has been my cleaning service for the past 8 years. For the past several years, Lupe has been my cleaner. I appreciate having the same person dedicated to my account. She does a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the service I receive.

I have been using the Love My Maids service for a few years now. I like how they are very responsive and attentive to my needs. If I have a problem I can contact Wendy and she will get it corrected. As far as the cleaning goes, Selena does a wonderful job every time she's there. I am very happy with service.

I have been using Love My Maids for many years and I have had the same maid for the same time Jennet Brown. She has always done a great job. She is always on time and very through in her cleaning and is very very friendly. I have never had any complaints about her work.

I just started using this company a few months ago. I am pretty impressed how they run their company for sure, like a well oiled machine. I have always been able to talk to someone about whatever it is, get my questions answered, change dates, etc. CoCo (KoKo) is very likeable! I am pretty picky which is why I always cleaned my own house. But after going back and forth, saying just what I wanted and how I liked things, everything seems to have worked out. It always has worked out, but me being so picky........
All wonderful! We have her come and clean once a month. Works out perfectly for us. She calls me when she's done, which I appreciate. We are very happy with her and the company itself!

Left our previous service for Love My Maids and it was the best decision we could have made! Selena is AMAZING. She does a fantastic job every time and we could not be happier. I have been using Love MY Maids for quite a few years now. I would never switch to any other house cleaning company. Selena is excellent at cleaning your house. She is very thorough and always cleans with the products I want. She is a very nice and so kind. I give her more than 5 stars. So lucky I found her and also finding Love MY Maids.

I tried to used them a few times- their business model is not desirable….. Only 1 time was I completely satisfied and I asked to keep that young lady in my home- because I knew I was on the edge with them- but she was a great housekeeper and I would have stayed with them…. Anyway we travel and had them come in a do a maintenance cleaning- I asked the young lady to water 1 plant in my house- that’s all I asked for that was extra- Then she stayed all day-as if she was deep cleaning my home- I wonder why so long because we hadn’t been in the home since our last cleaning with them 1 day before we left so I know the house wasn’t in bad condition- long story short she didn’t do a good job when I questioned them- I was told I wasn’t a good fit!!! Seems like the need their staff more than customers - which I get it I guess - you should still hold up a standard…. Attached is a picture of the trash that was still on the floor when we arrived- we had to wash down the mats as well…

I appreciate the way they do their business, especially because the bill includes the tax on the service. The service provided by Sue Hale is excellent.

Id rather not "reach out". Ive done that four times. I submitted my information via ur websit and when I reached out over the phone, the lady was rude. I was hung up on twice. On the 3rd attempt, the lady sounded annoyed to be on the phone. I felt the whole thing was unprofessional. I went with another company for reoccurring service. I dont reccomend based off my initial interaction. And the fact you looked my name up in your system b4 replying to my review, feels like a violation of privacy. The initial quote was done in my spouses name.

Jazmin cleans my home one a month and she is great. It always looks so great when she is done and feels great too. She is always on time and is personable and and sweet. The company itself is great. It takes a load off of me that she comes.

I love this company and the service I receive monthly from Carolyn! I just love the way my house looks and smells after she leaves and she leaves everything sparkling clean. The price is reasonable and they also have a veteran discount. Carolyn is professional, punctual and personable and I recommend her and the company highly without reservation.
