Called on a Monday and the secretary took my information and told me someone would call me. No return call came. Called back on a Thursday and was told by the same secretary they are too busy for new customers. Taking my business elsewhere. Good luck Prime!

I hired them to take care of my weeds in the front yard. HOA starts sending me complaints a year after I started using Prime Landscaping. They sent a crew out to see what they could do. They went into my backyard and pulled corn, cucumbers and a blueberry bush. they offered no apology and instead charged me for another weed control application. To make things worse, nobody has reached out to me after i emailed my account manager Duncan multiple times. Hire Prime Landscaping if you like to be mistreated, ignored and over charged with little to no results.

I was driving down collins and mayfield and your driver ran over a dog and kept going while laughing in the truck. He didn’t even try to aide the husky. your organization is disgusting if this is the type of people you hire to promote your company then you must be trash as well.

Sitting at whataburger at 9:43am on a Thursday morning and these jerks are out here doing the lawn. And blowing rocks at people's cars and what not. When my husband asked the guy not to do that the guy told him he should park someplace else. I'm sorry come again. This is a place of business!

Called for a residentially service. House was severely overgrown and neglected from last owner. They did an impressive job! Atleast from my experience they earned a true 5 stars

I’ve used prime for a few years to trim the shrubs around my home and pool. Maybe 3 to 4 times per year and If needed help me lay mulch. This last year the lack of communication has been less than desirable. I called in may 2020 to put my name on the list to trim bc they were shut down with home visits. I called again in August and she (who ever answers the phone) said my name was on the list and Duncan would contact me. Again, no follow up. I called again in October and she (whoever answers the phone said Duncan would contact me. It is now Nov 23 and no follow up to let me know they don’t have enough crews, or to even let me know they wouldn’t do the job to allow me an opportunity CR to look elsewhere before the holidays. Not respectful of my time.

Cleanup services were decent but went downhill from there with the mowing service. Crew didn't shut my gate... I complained..didn't shut my gate again..I complained...didn't even bother to mow the back yard the 3rd time. They used a riding lawnmower on the front and went so fast that they missed so many spots. I messaged them 2 different ways about their bad service and not wanting them to come anymore and never received any response or apology. Guess business is good enough to not care.

Thank You Prime Landscape for blowing all neighbors leaves onto my yard. I did call to complain yesterday and was told I would get a call back from the owner the next day. I never heard from them.

Driving down 121 in the far left lane and a Prime Landscape truck and trailer crossed over 2 lanes to the far left lane and I had to slam on my brakes and of course, I honked my horn. After them staying in the left lane, I go to the next right lane to pass (since nobody was in front of the Prime truck), and they flipped me off. Then they sped up trying to block anyone from getting in front of them. This seems to be indicative of the people they hire and obviously they don't care about anything (seeing multiple reviews pretty much stating the same thing). Not a company I'd use or recommend (and I'd suggest removing the logos on the trucks as it is doing more harm that good for your business).

Legit landscape service that does it all. I have been using them for many years and haven’t found anything that they don’t do and they do it all well! Use them for their yard fertilizer and chemical treatments for weeds and you’ll have the greenest yard in the neighborhood.

After getting multiple estimates for replacement of my mother's roof we called Tim he was very knowledgeable he worked with are insurance adjuster and made sure we were credited as much as possible we ended up upgrading the roof to a level 4 architectural single witch will reduce are insurance payments his crew did a amazing job from tare off to replacement there crew layer out tarps to catch all the nails and debris there team did a amazing job on the clean up they even walked all around the yard multiple times with a magnet to be sure not to leave any nails the roof looks absolutely amazing they even painted the roof vents to match the shingles 5 stars isn't enough for Tim and his guys at TMC Construction we gotten multiple estimates and Tim saved us multiple thousands of dollars and we got a better roof thank you guys for a job well done 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

If I could give this company a zero star I sure would! Their work isn’t no better than a 5 year old laying floor & installing cabinets. Worst construction company around. HIGHLY do not recommend this construction company. Will take your money & leave you a trash job! You have been warned! DO NOT USE TMC Construction

Quality at it's finest! Complete kitchen reno with three wall removals and two plumbing relocations. Also, complete bathroom reno. Will return for additional service.

The outside deck roof was rotting bad. Not an easy patch job. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job without breaking the bank. He will be getting more business.

Very ignorant behavior on the highway. Weaving in and out of traffic. Cutting off cars and no signal. Whoever is driving the black F250 needs to rethink having the company name on the back.
