As North Texas has both strong heating and cooling seasons, I appreciate the importance of keeping the HVAC System in top-notch condition. I decided a regular maintenance program would best accomplish that. I researched HVAC contractors, focusing on cost, reviews and response to my questions. Don’s AC was not the cheapest, but topped the reviews and professionally answered my questions. The service began with a cleaning (inside and out), and comprehensive measurements of system performance. Now that we are in the heavy cooling season, our HVAC system is performing well, but we know if something changes, we will have good service.

I am very happy with Dons AC. They are very attentive to the customer and take the time to explain repairs or anything that is needed when they are there. Each one of the gentleman has been very professional when they come out. There on my speed dial lately LOL

Victor came our to our home to take a look at our ac that we were having issues with. He was very professional and informative. We are very happy every time we use Don's!

Don’s always provides prompt and professional service. I’ve met many of their service technicians over the years and they are all good guys. Solid workers that want to do the job right. I’ll call Don’s every time I need help with my A/C.

The repair technician, Justin, was very good. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the A/C in good time. It was a very hot day but he was a pleasure to work with. As always, Don’s did 5 star service.

Thank you so much Don's A/C,Judah came out and got right to work on our heating system and let us know real quick that we had a carbon monoxide leak from the ventilation going out of the attic...had it not been for the quick response time and Judah being thorough on his job our family could've had a heartbreaking outcome of our system not heating!!! Thank you Judah and thank y'all Don's A/C!!!! ANY needs for our heating or A/C we will use Don's A/C🧡

Don and his staff have been our only heat and air people for over 20 years. There is no way anyone can beat them, not just on the quality but the kindness as well. They are a caring bunch of people with loving christian values and a true concern for customers. I truly can't say enough good things about them. Thank you for you service over the decades.

Robert is the best, there are technicians who do good service, technicians who do best service, Robert provides best of the best service and oh and he doesn’t break the bank!!

Sebastian was very professional, courteous and informative. He explained the job that he was doing and I understood all of it. The cost was very fair. I'll call Don's in the future anytime I need the heating or AC maintained or repaired.

We’ve been having some issues with our A/C at the church and The service technician came to check and make sure everything was operating as it should. He spent two hours checking everything on the inside and outside, and even helped answer questions as he was working. Very professional! Great people skills and HVAC skills. Would absolutely recommend these guys!

I've used one of the popular companies in Decatur only to be over charged for a job that was not completed correctly.
Don's quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and only charged for the time he worked.
Don't waste your money and time calling anyone else!

We were extremely pleased with our repairman, Justin. Called to let us know he would be early and arrived on time. Worked hard to solve our unusual problem. Was extremely honest. Would definitely use this service again.

We have had them fix and repair and maintain the ac in an old trailer on our business they installed a new unit in our recently built home they have always been remarkable to work with recently I had and over booked schedule they notified me early enough to get from Ft Worth did a great job and have always gone above what they had to. Great job from office to field!

Don’s was referred to me and I’m glad they were. My A/C had to be removed to repair an A/C closet which took 2 full days of work. Don’a provided an initial job quote and stood by that quote despite running into snags. Extremely polite technicians.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Will use for all my A/C going forward.

We have used Don's AC Service for over 20 years. Don's is one of the tops for customer satisfaction and taking care of their customers. There were times in the middle of the summer the air would go out, they were always right on the job. The owners for those that don't know them are the cream of the crop I am here to tell you. These are good kind people. We miss Don, seeing him around and that big ole smile and him always saying God Bless you when we parted. Don't even give a second thought to doing business with Don's AC they will treat you right.

Service call to repair a stopped up A/C drain line. I appreciate the professional, courteous service provided by a young man dedicated to offering prompt repairs and top quality customer service, with reasonable price and no attempt to "pad the bill." My sincere thanks !!

My initial call was answered promptly and my appointment was scheduled as soon as I was available.
The problem why my a/c stopped working was determined quickly and the technician had the needed parts in his vehicle, therefore the repair was done immediately and it was not very expensive .
I didn’t have to wait more days in the heat.

It just doesn't get any better than this!! JD went above and beyond to insure that I was without AC for the shortest amount of time possible. Not only did he make a special trip out to my place to trouble shoot the problem (correctly), his techs came in and with absolutely no mess or fuss, double checked my system and had my problem fixed in record time!!
Kudos to JD for correctly diagnosing the problem, ordering the right part, and keeping me informed every step of the way! Kudos to the techs for a thorough evaluation and taking the time to fix my system correctly. I can't imagine better service!

This company knows how to treat their customers! Prompt - thorough and great service fixing our AC. Victor was our serviceman and he explained everything we needed and took care of it promptly.
