Don's A/C is 100% customer service. The wife and I built a new house and Don came prior to install to explain how the new system would be installed and how it would operate. He took all the time needed to answer my dumb questions. We have been impressed with the system and most of all the service his company has provided. Thank you Don and your outstanding guys......awesome!

Great company and great service. Don and his staff delivers and awesome product and simply "Takes care of business". We have been using Dons AC for about 17 years and have been always pleased with what they deliver. If you need a new AC/Heat system, their just isn't a better bunch of folks to do it. Used Don’s a/c after another company sent a tech out. The other company was trying to tell us we needed $1000+ in repairs. Don’s a/c fixed everything for $178! No unnecessary parts. No up charge! I’m getting one of their maintenance plans. This company has a customer for life!

From start to finish was an easy process. They showed up, looked at what I needed and got the problem fixed plus I added a task when they come back and handled that the same day. We will be building in the upcoming months and they will definitely be my 1st call on our AC system in our new house.

We have been using Don’s for more than 18 years. They are prompt and reliable. They installed our original ac unit when we built our house. Recently we had to replace the ac due to age. We are so happy with the work they do and quality of both the equipment and workmanship.

Have a 16 year old mini split heat pump and the came out and added a little freon to keep it going. Tech was nice and was in and out in half an hour.
Previous calls have been pretty much the same when our starter capacitor went out a few years ago on the main compressor unit. Always feel like the price is fair.

We have used Don's A/C for 10+ years now and we have no complaints. Our unit quit working in the middle of the night, so we called the next morning. They had a technician out the same day in 100 degree weather! He found the problem within 30 minutes. Apparently a snake had gotten into our outside unit and fried the capacitor. He had the part needed on his truck and had us back up and working in no time. Thank you so much Don' A/C for your superior service!

My heater quit working in the middle of the night on a Friday. I called them Saturday morning and they responded quickly. Had my unit up and running within an hour. Technicians were very friendly and handled business very professionally.

Don’s was excellent! We called first thing in the morning on 12/09/2022 at 8am and spoke with the receptionist and she informed us it wouldn’t be until later in the morning or early afternoon that a tech would be out. Our system was not turning on and thermostat wasn’t working. System isn’t even 3 years old. A half hour later we get a call and it was the technicians saying they were on their way. Techs were there for about 5 mins and had it diagnosed. 10 mins later they had me up and running. They were super professional, efficient, and respectful. They even told me why my hot water heater was leaking lol. Got that fixed as well. I highly recommend and will be using them again, hopefully only for preventive maintenance.

Called for AC repair, they were able to come out the next day. Diagnosed and fixed the problem (capacitor) and charged a fair price. One of the few times I've used a repair Service and didn't feel like I was being price gouged. This company was recommended to me and I would recommend them to a friend as well.

We called Don's AC a few months back when our AC quit cooling in the middle of summer. J.D. couldn't find a leak but we apparently had a slow leak of freon so he filled it up, said it "might" make it until next summer but after a couple of months it did not. Don's AC came out a couple of weeks ago and showed up promptly between 8 and 8:30 am. They were professional, courteous and quick to get the job done. We were told it should take about 1/2 day if there were no unforeseen issues and there were none. They were out of here by noon. Our unit was 14 years old so we had to replace all of it and we found it to be very reasonable. They will be our go-to for all AC/Heating problems in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Great service. In our experience, two homes now, the techs have always been top-notch and reliable! Judah, and Robert (I think he headed up our install in our new home) were terrific.

We have used Don’s A/C for many years. This month they replaced our entire ancient heat pump/compressor. The turn around was quick, charges did not vary from quote. professional, friendly and they left everything cleaned up and cool!

I called Don's A/C Service at 7:50am this morning. They had two technicians out to my place by 10:45am. They checked out my system.They installed a new capacitor and 2 new thermostats within 45 min. The charge was reasonable and both techs. were polite and professional. Quality service. I will be happy to use Don's again.

Our technician Paul did a great job of communicating and letting me know every step of our installation. He helped me understand how the system works and even called during a recent freezing spell to walk me through settings for our new heat pump. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely refer Don’s A/C

Had to have AC replaced during this heat wave. Tech came out and charged my current unit to get us through to installation day. The tech said they would be here at 7 am and they were on time. He said it would take about 4 hours but it only took 3! Space in my attic (where the air handler unit is) is very limited but they got the old one out and the new one in with no problem. There were about 4-5 guys working and they were very organized and worked as a team. My house is finally cool again! Hey did a good job.

Our 24 year old A/C finally bit the dust. We had a few companies come out to give bids. There were a few differences that were quickly apparent with Don’s:
1. They came out same day
2. They didn’t try and upsell anything where other companies had add ons
3. Their price was better than the others and offered a variable speed system for the same price as others offered single stage.

They came out on Monday afternoon and we set the install date for Thursday. Said they would be here at 8:30. Received a text at 8:05 on Thursday that they were in their way.

Install was done around 1PM. We love the new system. They cleaned up fully as they were leaving. Had laid drop cloths the entire way they would walk.

Overall great experience and I’d highly recommend Don’s.

We can't be more pleased with this company. Local to us and we are sure glad. They came out to replace 2 of our 3 units and did so with a fair price and honest opinions on what was needed. We have friends in this business and it is hard to find dealers and professional that won't over price their products. Don's AC was honest, fair and might I add, very patient with us and even offered some financing options which were very helpful during a Pandemic. If anyone needs good, solid AC repair in Wise County, call Don's AC. They are pros and take care of their customers like they are family.

They are a great company and their service technicians are outstanding. We had our annual check-up and the tech found an issue with our outside unit. Thank goodness we have been paying on a monthly plan which by the way paid for the majority of the service trip and the parts. The technician who worked on our unit, was extremely polite and very helpful when I or my wife had a question. I would without a doubt recommend Don's AC to anyone who needs a service check or having and issue.

My AC was staying in the high 70’s to mid 80’s in my new small home with spray foam insulation. People kept telling me this was normal. This company kept coming out and didn’t give up. We were desperate to find the problem and fix it. These guys tried their hardest and after a few weeks said we WILL find what’s wrong and fix this and they did!!! I thought I was going to have to replace my unit. Another company came out and quoted me $14k. I told JD and he wasn’t going to let me get ripped off like that. (I’m a single mom so people sometimes do that). These guys were great and really cared. Our house is finally cool!!! Thanks guys. I can’t imagine how hard it is to get up in theses attics in record 100 degree temps. Appreciate what y’all do to keep families like mine cool.

We had 2 A/C’s that were not working. Sebastian was our tech and he was great and extremely responsive. They let us know that our unit was still under warranty and had everything resolved timely. I have always had a great experience when working with Don’s AC. I especially appreciate that they text and let me know when their on the way, issues that arise, and report on what’s wrong/what they have to do. Definitely recommend!
