Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Texas

Contacted Arturo's and from the start the company over promised and didn't deliver. I was told they would visit and provide an estimate and the company failed to show up until I made several phone calls and waited several weeks. Then the company tried to text me for the estimate. We discussed and requested an official quote on their letter head. Never received the quote other than text due to their computer down. After review of the quote we discussed through text on the water spouts, which were left off the original text. I requested to look at the water spouts and choose and I was sent another text with a picture from National pool tile catalogue. I contacted National pool tile and National pool tile could not tell me where on their web site I could find and review their water spouts.

After some time I provided to Auturo's the spouts I wanted. I was told to purchase the water spouts and Auturo's would install. I let them know the spouts were included. Then again more test and more back and fort until I finally stated I can not use them.

The guys name I was working with was Joey.

Really very unprofessional. I had another quote that was less but was trying my best to work with them....impossible.

Arturo did an awesome job on our pool. Very professional and fair price. We are very pleased and would definitely refer them.
Thanks for a job well done!

Arturo’s did a fantastic job of resurfacing our condo pool and replacing our pool deck. They worked well with our board answering all of our many questions. We highly recommend them!!

Arturo and Neilly just completed a replastering and remodeling project on our pool and did a really outstanding job. Neilly was very helpful in selecting tile and the redesign of the pool. The replastering and tile work was efficent and professional. The price we paid was more than fair and they did some additional work that was not in the contract and they did not charge for it. I would recommend Arturo's Pool Plastering without reservation.

The person who did the tile repair did excellent work and was very nice. I used them to resurface our pool changing from plaster to a quartz resurfacing years ago. They did a great job then and it’s nice to be able to call years later for a tile issue ( not that they did) and have them respond promptly and do another quality job!

Arturo's Pool Plastering recently completed a full replaster of my mother's pool and installed a new hot tub heater. The employees were on time, worked efficiently, and completed the work beautifully. Nelle has been especially responsive to questions about chemicals and cleaning during the process. We highly recommend Arturo's Plastering and will use them again if the need arises.

Response to the owner's remark- You're fully aware that your son uses your company name to lure people. We also spoke with Nellie directly previously who had admitted this was an ongoing issue. The first interaction we had was asking if she knew Arturo and she hung up. Once we spoke to another person, she said she would try to help fix what her son had done but then ghosted. It turns out Arturo had also cut electrical wires and had not even properly done the work that he had done. Do not work with Arturo directly. His work is not remotely up to code and he’s never finished the work even months later. He has essentially run off with $30,000. The mother is apparently phenomenal to work with- but Arturo CANNOT be trusted. He falsely advertised that this was his company.

Nelly at Arturo’s pools was timely, professional, and knew her stuff! I really appreciate her explaining everything we need to prepare to do and why. She made it clear corners wouldn’t be cut and I absolutely believe it. I look forward to being a pool owner and having Arturo’s help me along the way!

Pool and Deck Done Right by Arturo’s
Arturo’s Pool Plastering recently plastered our pool and expanded our deck. Arturo did an outstanding job exceeding our expectations. He and his crew knew their craft well and kept things moving to completion within two weeks. They were on time, courteous, careful to protect the existing outdoor area, and cleaned up as they finished each step in the process.
Nellie made communication easy as she replied quickly to our initial call and all followup questions throughout the entire process.
It is easy to see why Arturo’s has had 30 years of success.
Thank you for an outstanding new look to our backyard.

Nellie, Arturo and their crew did a SUPERB job of redoing the large pool and deck at the Endeavour Condo. They showed up everyday, weather permitting, and put in long hours. They were very good about paying attention to detail and did a masterful job. In problem areas they went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly. We would highly recommend them!

Arturo's did a very professional job plastering my pool. It was in bad shape with areas with air pockets in the plaster. They spent a couple of hours chipping the old plaster in the air pockets away. When the job was finished I was super satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend.

I cant express how incredibly amazed I was with the final result of our swimming pool. It completely surpassed my every expectation. They work very fast and the quality work was over the top. I wanted this pool ready for my family for the 4th of July and although they said it was a challenge, they took on the project and my family had one of the best 4th of July Celebrations we have ever had. Thank you all so much for your wonderful hospitality, service, and hard work. I highly recommend them and If I could I would give them 1,000 Stars!

Excellent workmanship! We had the pool re-plastered and it looks gorgeous. The hot tub did not turn out perfect and they fixed it AT THEIR EXPENSE! I would recommend them for all of their services. I am a happy customer!

Arturos Pool Plastering did an amazing job on my clients pool. Nice work and great communication. Another happy seller!

Nelly and her husband, owner’s of Arturo's Pool Plastering, delivered a truly fabulous job on the full renovation of the exclusive luxury pool deck at The Endeavour on Clear Lake. As the main feature of our Highrise condominium, the project included the large hot tub, the infinity pool, and the main pool area, along with the surrounding pool deck. Arturo's team demonstrated extreme professionalism, remaining on-site until every detail was perfect and beautiful. Our residents are absolutely thrilled with the new, luxurious pool amenities. Five-star service all the way.

Dependable and Fantastic work! Nellie was always in communication with us. Great recommendations and ideas from her and Arturo. Workers were very respectful of us and our home. We had replaster, tile work, and redesign of water feature done.Always putting customer first. Highly recommend Arturo's Pool Plastering!

Arturo’s pool replastered our pool with diamond brite, they extended our pool steps to create a tanning ledge and updated our lights to LEDs. Nelly kept us informed throughout the entire job. The crew worked hard and efficiently, completing the job in just a few days. We are very pleased with the final product.

Arturo’s Pool Plastering family owned business was extremely friendly and professional at all times during my pool plastering project. The first crew showed up promptly and began working diligently at 7AM. The second crew showed up promptly again at 7AM the next morning and completed the project in its entirety. These were very professional and hard working crews to my amazement. In addition to the plastering, I also requested services for sand blasting, a sealer for the pool coping as well pressure washing and painting my cool decking. They performed excellent and satisfactory results in all the work that was fully completed. Arturo and Neli, the owners, always demonstrated care, concern and respect from start to finish. Arturo’s Pool Plastering is an honest, sincere and caring family owned business. I highly recommend Arturo’s Pool Plastering services without reservation.
