My roof in Deer Park had wind and hail damage recently. Notice Ivan had some roof replacements in progress in area. Took a look at his reviews and contacted GAF for certified roofers in my area. Was impressed from what I looked into. Check other roofers as well. Ivan stood out and selected him to be my roof er after two on site meetings. He met up with my insurance adjuster. Without naming Insurance company just say they are difficult to get a fair settlement. On same day the adjuster wrote up his estimate and with input by Ivan was receipent of a check that fully covered the roof and patio minus the deductible the same day of the estimate. Week later got my GAF Lifetime roof and patio. Am so happy with Ivan's company, Aesthetic Roofing Pro. His crew was thorough, professional installers, covered all of my out side equipment and pool. Job site cleaned up! Will recommend this to all of my friends and family if you need a Roof!

I waited a little while before writing this review. Just wanted to see the outcome after some weather came through. Awesome job! All problems are resolved. They did the tear off and replacement in one day. Clean and fast. Definitely can not go wrong using this company.

The owner, Ivan Murphy, has been so easy to work with. He stepped in and stepped up when another roofing contractor failed. Ivan handled everything with my insurance, State Farm, and got a full roof replacement approved when the prior roofing co only got repairs approved from an EF3 Tornado. They started the new roof process today and will finish today. They arrived on time and in fact they were early. My house is a very steep 2-Story, and it called for 47 squares (whatever that means). Anyway, the crew has done an amazing job. They have cleaned up along the way and I am so happy with the look and color of shingles. It's so pretty. This was a one day job. Thank you ARS.

They did all the talking to the insurance company on my behalf and save me from all the hassle. My neighbors ask what type of roof is that. I say it’s a 3D roof and smile.

ARS did an excellent job. We needed (and got) quite a bit of help from Ivan in getting approval from TWIA and the HOA. The scope of work was done very professionally, we stayed on schedule and budget as planned even with a few extra touch ups. E.g.: I used the weekend we had between the roof and the gutter replacements to paint the facia and at one point my ladder damaged a shingle. ARS came back the same day to replace it for free.

I don't write reviews very often but Ivan and his team are outstanding and deserve this! His communication with his customer is excellent and I always felt informed. I had him change my skylight, while changing the roof, and he switched it three times until I was happy and it wasn't even part of the original job. Thank you Ivan!

Ivan did a great job on our roof. Insurance company refused to pay several times but he didn’t give up. After lots of hard work from he got the insurance to finally pay what they owed. They did a great job on our new roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I cannot stress enough how easy it was to work with ARS and Ivan. From the very beginning, his level of professionalism and dedication to his clients was what set him aside from other contractors. Due to circumstances beyond our control we were forced to obtain new homeowners insurance in September 2023. Nationwide Insurance was canceling all homeowners policies in the Gulf Coast. To say that this situation was stressful is an extreme understatement! After phone calls, emails and several inspections, it was determined that we would agree to purchase a new roof after the hurricane season passed. I called Aesthetic after a referral from our neighbor and explained the dilemma. Ivan inspected our roof on October 5 and informed us that we had damage to our roof, our shed, our pergola, our fence and our patio cover due to the tornado in January 2023. Ivan submitted a claim to Nationwide immediately. The claim was denied. Ivan resubmitted it, over and over again. This process went on and on. Ivan did not waiver. He sent pictures and videos and more pictures and more videos, always keeping us advised of what was going on. We laughingly called him “The Hammer”. His perseverance paid off and Nationwide mailed us a check for the covered repairs, minus our $5,000 deductible. Ivan and his crew arrived at 7am on January 11, laid down tarps in our yard and began working. By sundown the old roof was gone from our house, shed and pergola and a new roof was installed on all three. The old materials were placed in their trailer and hauled away. The tarps were rolled up, items were replaced that were moved from our front and back yard as darkness fell. Ivan was outside with a flashlight and told us not to park in the driveway just in case there were nails there and that he would be back in the morning to make sure everything was in place. True to his word, he was at our house at 19, and after his careful inspection, advised us that we could park in the driveway. Soon afterwards, his crew installed new gutters in the front and back of our house and repaired the patio cover and did some inside painting where there was some damage. His crew also installed a fence in the back yard, taking down the old rotten wood and replacing it, always taking care to make sure that our dogs were safe and secure. Ivan has been back to check on us and I told him about the latch on the gate not seeming to work correctly. Later that evening his worker arrived and corrected the issue. This, ladies and gentlemen is what customer service is all about. I am so grateful to Ivan and his wonderful crew and I thank them for their hard work. To them, it might be just a job, but to us it’s much, much more. We are so pleased with the appearance of our house and yard.
