Constraction reviews in Pasadena, Texas

We called Impervious to do something about the uneven patio surface that retained pools of water after rain. Impervious painstakingly removed our large tiled patio surface, cleaned out all debris and exposed bare concrete underneath the removed tiles. Then, the techs ground the uneven concrete to make a smooth, levelled flat surface. Next, they very carefully installed new tiles. Now we have a tiled patio that completely drains water without any accumulation.

Their people did not take any shortcut, spent a lot of time to do the job right. We are happy customers!

Tim Sullivan and Roger Clemons were very professional, courteous and caring about the well being of my needs. They never hesitated to call or text to give me updates on the repair of my roof. I only had a 4x4 area of my roof that needed to be replaced but they treated me with the utmost respect and concern of a complete roof replacement. I thought that with my initial phone call that one of the workers would have come out to give me a quote but it was the big Kauna Tim and Roger. This company is top notch and great communication with the entire crew I dealt with. They are my superhero’s! If you want your work done right, call Impervious Roofing. They are also very sweet to their seniors and I appreciate it. Great job guys. I will definitely pass the word to my friends.

We had several major construction projects that needed to be done to move to our new property. A multi-use 12x40 shed/home office, a large RV cover 18 ft wide x 18 ft tall and 60 ft long, with a custom deck that fits against the RV, an 8x8 well house, and a front yard fence. All of these projects were completed on time by crews that were very responsive to our needs and adjustments. The owners regularly came by and checked the project and remained in constant contact. It was a great overall experience, and I would highly recommend this company.

We had a fence done. We also had damaged wall in the house. Replaced the brickwork & closed up the house. Then the electrical had to be replaced. Next they did the drywall & painting. Lastly they replaced the flooring.the workers were amazing polite and cared about the quality of their work. Can’t say enough about them. We were kept up to date on each step that needed done. 10 out of 10 is my opinion!

Impervious did an awesome job, repairing my roof, updating all 3 bathrooms with NEW tile floors, counters, toilets and painted walls as our most recent project updates. They have previously updated my exterior patio soffits front and back with an awesome stained and varnished wood soffit that is always a topic of discussion. They have even replaced my fence and gate since our previous storm knocked it down. Very quick turn around with quality work. I highly recommend anyone to utilize them for any and all type of upgrades around the house.

These guys were so good . They did a repair on my house after a young lady ran into my house right into my bedroom . They not only did a great job but the men who did the job were so pleasant and thoughtful !! I would always recommend them !!!!

This team handled our kitchen remodeling along with a master bathroom remodel. The subcontractors were professional and detail-focused. From flooring to cooktop installation, everything was done properly. The project stayed on budget and followed the timeline.

Great company

Great work, Dan and crew get the job done right.

BEST REMODELING COMPANY IN TEXAS

We've used SNS for two major home redos. The first one went so great that we used them again when our home flooded a second time. It's high quality work at a reasonable price. We've had them do: drywall, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, concrete, and more. SNS is good, and even more than that, they're trustworthy.

Dan always gets the work done, on time and on budget. There has never been a project that he was unwilling to tackle, and we've been thrilled with the results every time. He is our contractor for life. Thanks Dan!

This is a great company. Dan is very creative when it comes to problem solving and takes a lot of pride in his work. I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone, and I'm sure I'll be calling on them again in the future. His work for me was top of the line and we could not be happier with the results and the cost.

S-N-S Remodeling did an excellent job on both bathrooms, they are very professional and worked quickly. Thank you!

Dan and team have been remodeling my house little by little. I only do work when I can pay for it without a loan. Everything they do for me is beautiful. Started out with a full bath remodel and then several other smaller jobs. Most recently, his team built my back yard deck. I highly recommend them. Great guy and the same team has worked on my jobs for paat decade. His tile guy and cabinet guy are both exceptional. Price is fair and work is beautiful.

I spoke to 4 contractors before hiring Dan, and not only did his do outstanding work, but his price was very fair. His crew pulled up my old entry way tile and installed new tile. The best thing is that they tore off the old, ugly, tile front of my fireplace. His carpenter guy came in and custom built a gorgeous wood fireplace front that I LOVE. And, he did it all from just a picture! I highly recommend Dan and his crew. They're professional, experienced, and not outrageously over priced.

Dan Shannon is a wonderful contractor. His crews are experts at what they do. We had a huge job: completely new kitchen and front bathroom, entire new doors inside and a complete interior paint job, new floor in my master bedroom. Everything was done expertly and quickly. The job was done in 3 weeks. We are extremely happy with the job and highly recommend this company.

We hired Dan and his team to do a full remodel of our master bathroom, which was still the original bathroom from 1983 when the house was built. The whole bathroom was slate blue, including the tub and toilet, and was covered in dated tile and leaking. Dan came to take a look and gave us a quote on the spot which he stuck to throughout the project. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from the floor up including installing new masonry boards to make the floor even and stable. They rebuilt the shower, bathtub frame, retiled everything, installed new shower, whirlpool tub, new plumbing, new vanity and toilet. They also painted the walls, cabinets and doors for us for free after we decided we didn’t want to do it ourselves mid project. Dan went tile shopping with me and helped me pick what would work best for our bathroom. Everyone in his crew was professional, fast and did excellent quality work. We were told it would take two weeks and it was as completely done within that time frame (actually it only took 12 days). The bathroom came out beautifully and we love it. Best part was Dan himself - he’s awesome! Super friendly and fun to be around and he knows his craft. He was here everyday working with his crew. Definitely an expert and we learned a lot from him. Would highly recommend S-N-S Remodeling and plan to call him when we are ready for our next project.

Overall good experience. The bathroom looks world's better than the deteriorating mess it was before. Quick completion in only 8 days. Only complaint is that the paint job was sloppy. Lots of unevenness and patchy spots and a texture was added to the paint that we didn't ask for. We were not asked to pick a paint color either. The paint is a very cool blue gray and the tile is a warm light gray. They don't match.

SNS Remodeling replaced my dated fiberglass shower and bathtub with beautiful porcelain tile, employing highly skilled craftsmen who cared about their work and results. Dan has been in business many years, he’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. I am planning another phase of remodeling and I look forward to working with him again. I highly recommend SNS Remodeling.

Hiring S-N-S Remodeling was absolutely the right decision. They did a fantastic job with maintenance on a balcony including a great job sealing and retiling the surface. Dan and team are a pleasure and were very respectful of the property while doing their work. We love the outcome of the work!
