Mr Vilchis came to my home within 2 hours of notice. Im sure he wouldve arrived earlier but he was at a home in Dayton and I Live in Clearlake. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing step by step as he was fixing my heater. Mr Vilchis also discovered some mold that was building up near my AC unit and gave me the proper steps to get rid of it which could of been extremely harmful to my newborn if he wouldnt of caught it.
Overall it was a great experience with Thermal Service. No complaints, 5 stars, and will be requesting his services for any AC related issues.

When my air conditioner went out on Friday night, I was able to call and get someone out to look at it and let me know the fan motor had burned out ,the next day Saturday they were able to replace the whole unit and get me back in my house and cooled off. I was in the middle of replacing the floors so they were such a blessing to do it as quickly as they did. I would recommend this company because they do what’s needed and nothing more, did a thorough job they also replaced my ductwork throughout my house, in one day. Excellent work!!!!

Replaced AC condenser and coil. Service was prompt and performed with tarps to insure me mess in the house. The installation was perfect and I was guided to the warranty information. I have known Ismael for 15 years and he is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. After our units went completely underwater for 2 days during Harvey he showed up and serviced all 4 units. They all worked when some of my neighbors lost all of their units. He is the best AC technician you will find and very pleasant to work with.
