General Contractor reviews in Pasadena, Texas

Good people work here.

They have designed and constructed many professional buildings in the Deer Park and surrounding areas. They recently constructed a State-of-the-Art Free Standing Emergency Room in Deer Park which provides concierge level emergency care to the Community!

Great general contractor with a skilled and dedicated team. They managed the project efficiently and completed everything as promised. The final results look fantastic and we would gladly work with them again.

The craftsmanship on all elements of our home is outstanding. I will continue to praise and endorse the craftsmanship of this company in our lovely remodeled home, they made an older home look better than a newly build one. I will continue to appreciate their professional. Good Job.

Great company, highly recommend.

Service of my air conditioning units .
They are very responsive, cost effective and do an excellent job

HVAC outfit, answered phone on weekend, made appointment and was early. Made repair and didn’t upsell. Definitely recommend!!

Thermal Service saved us! Our AC went out and they were able to come over immediately and diagnose the issue. We were up and running in just in time for our out of town guests to arrive!

Mr Vilchis came to my home within 2 hours of notice. Im sure he wouldve arrived earlier but he was at a home in Dayton and I Live in Clearlake. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing step by step as he was fixing my heater. Mr Vilchis also discovered some mold that was building up near my AC unit and gave me the proper steps to get rid of it which could of been extremely harmful to my newborn if he wouldnt of caught it.
Overall it was a great experience with Thermal Service. No complaints, 5 stars, and will be requesting his services for any AC related issues.

I’ve used Thermal Service for A/C repair in the past and I used them again because Ismael has always proven to be competent, professional, efficient and honest. For these reasons, I will use them/him in the future should the need arise.

Ismael was very prompt, professional and assisted my father in the placement of a new HVAC system. We definitely recommend.

Have been using Ismael for over 20 years for all my ac needs. He just installed a complete ac system in my home. Great work and price.

Mr. Ismael Vilchis installed a 3.5 ton hvac in my home and. 3 ton unit in my daughters townhome. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him for all of your a/c and heating services.

When my air conditioner went out on Friday night, I was able to call and get someone out to look at it and let me know the fan motor had burned out ,the next day Saturday they were able to replace the whole unit and get me back in my house and cooled off. I was in the middle of replacing the floors so they were such a blessing to do it as quickly as they did. I would recommend this company because they do what’s needed and nothing more, did a thorough job they also replaced my ductwork throughout my house, in one day. Excellent work!!!!

We have used Thermal Services for years for both personal and business and Ismael is always so polite, professional, and best of all, trustworthy. He will not try to upsell you or sell you something you do not need. I also sell real estate and call on him when service is needed.

Thermal Service is an amazing company! The service they provide is top notch. Ismael and company go above and beyond for their customers. They truly care for their customers.
