Thermal Service is my go to place for all of my Air Conditioning/Heating needs. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and it’s due to Thermal Services’s professionalism and honesty.

Thermal Service has done small jobs like annual checkups and charging up my AC unit when needed as well as big jobs like replacing my outside unit and the ones in the attic when they went out on me.

Every time I’ve scheduled an appointment, they’ve shown up on time and when they’ve left, the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Ismael, the proprietor came out at the scheduled time and had my A/C back up and running in a very short amount of time. He not only fixed the issue, he explained to me what exactly happened to cause the issue.

Ismael and the Thermal Service team did a great job on my emergency HVAC fix. They were timely, helping fix the issue with no delay, and had fair and transparent pricing. I would highly recommend Thermal Service to anyone in the Houston area!

Replaced AC condenser and coil. Service was prompt and performed with tarps to insure me mess in the house. The installation was perfect and I was guided to the warranty information. I have known Ismael for 15 years and he is honest, reliable and knowledgeable. After our units went completely underwater for 2 days during Harvey he showed up and serviced all 4 units. They all worked when some of my neighbors lost all of their units. He is the best AC technician you will find and very pleasant to work with.

I've been using Ismael from Thermal Service for my A/C fixes since hurricane Ike wrecked my home in 2008 and there is no other company I would turn to for A/C help.
