Michael and Sebastian, from a reputable air duct cleaning service, displayed nothing short of professionalism and impressive friendliness. They carried out an exemplary job on my air duct cleaning, patiently guiding me through the whole process. When the job was complete, they left my home in Pasadena spotlessly clean. This company did a great job with our air duct cleaning. The team was professional, friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We will recommend them to our friends and family and plan to use their air duct cleaning services again.

Absolutely fantastic! Our technician showed up right on time and, although we called for a specific air duct cleaning, he found the main issue and took care of the real problem, not just the surface symptoms. He kept us updated about the whole process and worked efficiently, even in tight spaces. After finishing the duct cleaning, he made sure the area was spotless, even cleaning up things that weren’t his mess. The price for everything was very fair, and the service was excellent.

the team came out to our apartment building in pasadena and did a fantastic job with our air duct cleaning. with the texas heat, our tenants were unhappy because the AC wasn't cooling well. we had another company come by and they said we needed a whole new HVAC system, which would have cost us over $20,000. instead, when we called this company, they suggested a deep cleaning and a full inspection of our air ducts. michael handled everything, and you can really feel the difference now—the air flows better and the AC cools much more efficiently. if you manage apartments or own rental properties, i highly recommend getting your air ducts checked and cleaned. this service saved us a lot of money and made our tenants much happier.

the air duct cleaning service i received was outstanding! the team showed great expertise, using the right equipment and plenty of experience to get the job done. their strong commitment to quality was clear throughout the whole process. i have used their air duct cleaning services several times and have always been very satisfied. if you are looking for dependable and skilled air duct cleaning, this is definitely the company to call.

I want to share my great experience with an air duct cleaning service at my home. The service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them. Michael, the technician who came, quickly noticed a possible problem with some old electric wiring in our house. Even though he had trouble getting his vacuum to work because of the age of the house, he kept trying different outlets for over an hour. Just when it seemed impossible, he came up with a smart solution and used power from a neighbor’s outlet. There was another challenge too: the dryer vent had a very tight entrance. Luckily, Michael was able to fit through and get the job done, even though he got dusty in the process. When he finished, he told us that the dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which could have been risky. He also noticed we were new to the house and kindly gave us some helpful tips about air duct maintenance and recommended good filters to use. Michael was very dedicated and professional the whole time, and we will definitely use this air duct and dryer vent cleaning service again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Isaiah and the team. After some water issues in our basement, they came out and gave us helpful advice on how to take care of it ourselves, which saved us a lot of money. Because of their honesty, we decided to have them clean our long overdue air ducts. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain every step of the air duct cleaning process. They even fixed a few things they noticed from the basement water, and didn’t charge extra. We’re so happy with their work that we plan to have them come back and clean our dryer vents as well!

I had my dryer vent cleaned at my home in Pasadena. Michael and his partner did an excellent job. They found the cause of the issue, fixed it, and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent all the way to the outside. Michael also put in a bird guard to help prevent future problems. They were professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. After finishing, they made sure to clean up all the debris from the vent cleaning. I plan to have them return soon to do a full air duct cleaning for the whole house.

Sebastian and Michael did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. We are very happy with the results. They even replaced the furnace filter for us, which we had set aside to change after the cleaning. I would definitely recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone in Pasadena.

Since I’ve been spending more time at home, I decided it was time to get my air ducts cleaned. I had a professional come out and handle the air duct cleaning for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He even showed me how dirty the vents were before he started, which really made me realize how much I needed this service. The difference in air quality is amazing, and I feel much better knowing my AC system is working efficiently—especially with the Texas heat. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

Zavala Family Air Duct Cleaners arrived right on schedule and started cleaning all the air ducts for my heating system. Dillon and his team worked hard and were very polite and professional the entire time. They finished the job in about three hours and even showed me before and after pictures from inside the ducts. Zavala Family Air Duct Cleaners visited our home to help with a mold issue we noticed around our kitchen ceiling and in the air ducts. Isaiah and Michael were very professional throughout the process. They explained each step clearly and provided a detailed price estimate before starting, so there were no surprises later. Along with cleaning out all the air ducts, they treated the vents and installed UV lights in our furnace to help prevent any future mold from spreading through the air system. Their attention to detail made a big difference, especially since Texas can get pretty humid and keeping the air clean is important for our family. We've used their air duct cleaning services before, which is why we trusted them again for this job. We're very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing air duct cleaning or mold treatment.

we had our air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. the technician, michael, showed up early, introduced himself, and got started right away. he was friendly, polite, and worked quickly. he made sure everything was done carefully and left the area clean. overall, it was a great experience and i would recommend their air duct cleaning service.

i had a really good experience getting my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. dillon was especially knowledgeable about dryer vent systems and explained everything clearly. if you have a dryer that vents through the roof, it's a smart idea to get it checked and cleaned to keep things running safely, especially in this texas heat. they also did a great job cleaning my air ducts and making sure the air in my house feels fresher. the prices were fair for the quality of work. overall, it's worth paying a little more for quality service instead of going with a cheap 'three room special.' you'll be much happier with these guys.

I contacted an air duct cleaning service to help at my parents' house in Pasadena. Something had gotten stuck in the dryer vent ductwork (my dad and son might have been the reason, trying to help out, haha). The team came out and cleaned the ducts, but there was still a long piece of plastic or metal left inside. We called again, and they returned the same day to remove the last bit from the duct. They didn’t charge us extra or try to take advantage of my retired parents. I really appreciate their honesty and fast service. Highly recommend them for anyone needing air duct cleaning!

I had a wonderful experience having Sebastian come over for air duct cleaning. My brother-in-law asked me to house sit while the ductwork was being cleaned. Sebastian made sure to cover his shoes and took extra care to protect the corners and walls from any equipment or vacuum hoses. He was very friendly and professional, and even let me take pictures to show the family what was coming out of the air ducts. I would definitely recommend this air duct cleaning service to my friends and family!

After moving into an older house in Pasadena, I noticed a lot of allergies inside, especially during the warmer months. I decided to have the air ducts cleaned, and Sebastian did an excellent job. The cleaning was very thorough, and I can already feel the difference in air quality throughout the home. Breathing is easier now, and the dust has really gone down. I’m happy I chose to get the air ducts cleaned!

Isaiah and Sebastian came out today to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. They were both very friendly, professional, and explained the whole process to us. They arrived right on time and worked both inside and outside the house to make sure the vents were thoroughly cleaned, especially since there was some water trapped in the lines. They also made sure we were comfortable with them working indoors and wore masks the whole time. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use them again for air duct cleaning in Pasadena.

I spent a good amount of time looking into different air duct cleaning companies before making my choice. I’m really happy with how everything went, from my first questions to the day of the appointment. I highly recommend them for anyone needing air duct cleaning in Texas, especially with how hot it gets here.
