Reviews of local pros in Pasadena, Texas

i recently looked up their website again since i wanted more air duct cleaning services. then i realized i hadn’t left a review for the amazing job they did cleaning my air ducts! i first called zavala family air duct cleaners for a duct cleaning at my new house in pasadena. isaiah and sebastian were really helpful and knew a lot about inspecting the ductwork, especially after a mold remediation that was done by the previous owners. they made sure to double-check that all the mold was gone before starting the cleaning, which showed they truly cared about our family’s health. isaiah even took extra time to write a detailed letter explaining what he found, which helped us get the last bit of mold taken care of. i definitely recommend their air duct cleaning—great service and attention to detail!

After moving into our new home in Pasadena, I realized the dryer vent ductwork looked old and probably needed a good cleaning. I called and scheduled a visit, and Dillon came out the next day. He inspected everything and immediately replaced the outdated, plastic ductwork with new, safer metal ductwork. Dillon was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He kept me updated about the schedule and explained the process clearly. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning and dryer vent services!

I needed my dryer vent and air ducts cleaned, so I contacted Zavala Family Air Duct Cleaners after a recommendation. Setting up the appointment was simple, and I received a fair price for the service. Dillon and Sebastian came to my home in Pasadena and were both friendly and respectful of my space. They completed the air duct and dryer vent cleaning efficiently, and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for future air duct cleanings.

i had a great experience with this air duct cleaning service in Pasadena, from the first phone call to set up my appointment to the actual cleaning of my home’s vents. the team arrived right on time and took the time to show me what they were doing and explained why each step was important for clean air. i asked a lot of questions and probably got in their way, but dillon was very patient and respectful the whole time. it’s really nice to find a company that treats you so well. my family will definitely use this air duct cleaning company again!

When we were moving into our new home, we noticed a gritty layer kept showing up on our counters and floors, even after cleaning. Since the house had just been remodeled, we figured the dust and grit were probably coming from the air ducts. We decided to call an air duct cleaning company and set up an appointment. Dillon was very flexible and worked around our schedule to make things easier for us. On the day of the service, he called ahead to let us know when he’d arrive. Dillon and his helper, Isaiah, were both very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They removed all the vent covers and Isaiah cleaned each one by hand, while Dillon thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned out the air ducts. We were shocked at how much dust and debris they found inside! Before finishing up, Dillon suggested the best type of filter for our AC system, which was super helpful for keeping the Texas air as clean as possible. We even had to call them back for a quick follow-up, and they came out right away to make sure everything was perfect. Since the cleaning, we haven’t seen any more grit, and the air feels fresher inside. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this air duct cleaning company to anyone looking to improve their home’s air quality!

Zavala Family Air Duct Cleaners was recommended to us by our HVAC company, and we’re really happy we called. Sebastian gave us a clear estimate and took the time to explain every step of the air duct cleaning process, answering all of our questions. The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, which made scheduling the job simple for us. The prices were very fair, too. On the day of our appointment, Isaiah, Dillon, and Sebastian arrived right on time. They explained what they were going to do and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. They were very thoughtful and put covers on their shoes before coming inside. We got to see before and after photos of our air ducts, which really showed the difference the cleaning made. They also changed out all our old vent covers with the new ones we picked. After finishing the job, they cleaned up all their equipment and made sure everything was just like it was before. They even took care of our dryer vent, which definitely needed some attention. The whole team was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely use them again for any air duct cleaning needs and highly recommend their services to anyone in Pasadena!

It was a great experience working with this team. I had my air ducts cleaned and sanitized, and the difference in air quality is amazing. Michael was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what needed immediate attention and what could be scheduled for later. Recently, another service technician needed to access the air ducts and commented that they were the cleanest he had ever seen! This is important because a lot of the air we breathe indoors comes through those ducts. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning services to anyone in Pasadena.
