Finally found the right company to service my pool. We had tried 3 different companies in the Clear Lake area and none of them could maintain our pool correctly and consistently. Pool Vibes was the only company that addressed all of our needs quickly and professionally. Very easy to work with and patient while we explained what we needed. Excellent all around! So glad we found them.

I just started using Pool Vibes for the weekly maintenance of our pool, and I could not be happier! Everything about them from my first contact on has been so helpful and easy. What a difference it's made in the appearance of our pool! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the burden of the pool maintenance to be handled by professionals!

After months of my barely being able to clean my pool, the pool looked terrible and was not up to par for swimming in. I reached out to Pool Vibes (they have great reviews !) to start taking care of my pool. With the very first cleaning, the pool was beautiful. It looked like a completely different one! They keep me posted about everything they do including texting me when they’re on the way. Once they are finished they text me a picture of the pool. I love that! They care about my pool as if it were their own. They are hard working, responsible and trustworthy. And this cost is reasonable. They have several packages to choose from which I liked. I got the Full. Please consider Pool Vibes when choosing a pool service company. You will be happy you did! Becky

They’re nice people who billed me $212 to give me $20,000+ bids for (many) unneeded / overpriced repairs. I could write a long review, but I can save space alerting you that many of these 5-star reviews are written by dubious accounts. (“Genuine User,” *** edit “Generic User” *** I’m looking at you!)

Basically, a local pool company charged me about 1/3 to 1/2 their estimates for very similar services. My pool is now mostly fixed for 1/5 the price I was quoted by Pool Vibes.

Yes, it still cost thousands of dollars to fix, just not tens of thousands. Oh yeah, the local company came out for free, wrote up a bill for a fraction as much, AND immediately caught that the salt cell needed replacing.

Oddly, Pool Vibes told me that the salt cell was a gimmick and that it still worked, but I’d need to pay extra to make sure they were right—I’m not making this up.

They also said they “weren’t about the money” about a half dozen times, then reminded me of extra services they offered and told me they recommended changing almost everything about my pool—like give me your credit card, we’ll make the pool we’d like.

Bottom line, Pool Vibes are nice people in the business of charging a lot of money to write bids you’ll never take because they are twice to three times what established companies are charging. (And, of course, after charging $200 / hour, they never called to talk about the proposed repairs—wonder why?)

We had a wonderful experience hiring Pool Vibes to make our backyard a staycation paradise! They made a great team handling all of our requests from design to install to startup. We really appreciated their suggestions and expertise helping us create the perfect pool that ended up exceeding our expectations. The crew was very professional and were extremely detail oriented with their work. It was fascinating to observe and they are truly masters of their craft. The company, staff, crew, and product are in our opinion... simply the best. We will happily recommend Pool Vibes to our family and friends!

We had our pool built with Pool Vibes The whole experience was under 3 month! And the entire team was very responsive the entire team. From initial quote to handover, the team has been top amazing! After starting mid November and we were swimming in February when it got in the 80s (had to heat up the pool, totally worth that investment). Huge shout out to Liza & Trini, the PM for always answering questions and being on top of things. Dominic came up with great designs and they had these awesome pool maintenance videos where you can take of your pool yourself. They even included some free weekly pool maintenance for us! I highly recommend them.

We used Pool Vibes to replaster our pool and spa. From the beginning, they were very responsive. They did not try to "up sell" any additional services, which I appreciate. We are not planning on staying in this home long term, so affordability was our priority. Everyone was very professional and courteous on the crew. The owners stayed in constant contact to ensure that our needs were being met. We really appreciate the great job of Pool Vibes. Would highly recommend.

I am so thankful to have found Pool Vibes. They are on time every week and they do a great job. They are professional and very responsive to phone calls and even text messages. Their technicians are knowledgeable and great at what they do. We've gone down the road of trying to keep our own pool clean and it's a lot of work when you are not a professional. I'm telling you, in 20 minutes they are done and pool stays crystal clear. Don't do it yourself, save time and money by hiring Pool Vibes!

First and foremost, this company is amazing at communication. They let you know when they’ll be there, what they’ll be doing, and then they show you everything that was done prior to leaving. I moved into a house with a pool that was left unattended for who knows how long. The pool was in horrible condition, to say the least. Pool vibes came out and basically revived my pool. All in all, I feel like I have a brand spanking new pool/pool filtration system thanks to Pool Vibes. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Avoid this company if you value craftsmanship and integrity.

EDIT AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE: I am not sure at all what you mean by your reply, but the images were taken the day your tech left and sent to you via text with a request that you send someone else to clean up the mess.

You were less than cooperative and sorely blasé about the work that your employee did... nevermind all the cigarette butts I had to clean up after he left!

Great company, they just finished building me a complete custom pool. Great communication though out the entire process. Start was a little slow no fault of theirs (permits with the city and HOA) but once they started it went super fast. 5 weeks from start to finish. Very reasonable price. I had 3 quotes and picked them for their costumer service and great price. Very knowledgeable and boy did they deliver. Super happy with them, would definitely recommend to everyone.

We just finished a pool renovation with Pool Vibes and we could NOT be happier! Not only does our pool look amazing, but the whole process took less than a week. Trini and Liza are very helpful and professional and we highly recommend them!

Fast, friendly, and the carpets dried quicker than expected.

They don't back up their work. We had vynal plank flooring installed. The planks we're coming up all over the house. They claimed it was a moisture problem. Ok. Should they know this before they installed the floors? They did not do a moisture test before they installed the floors. We got the run around for 6 months. We finally said enough is enough. We paid over 5,000.00 for the floors. We got 2,000.00 back. Never do business with them.

This is the best flooring company in the area! We have rent houses and I have called on them since 1996. Always does a great job and backs up their work!
