i called in the middle of the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when Richard & Sons Air Duct Cleaners offered same-day service. raymond arrived right on time and got started immediately. He cleaned the dryer vent line from the rooftop access and the laundry area, then went a step further by taking apart the dryer and removing built-up lint and dust from the internal exhaust passages. When the job was done, everything was neat, the dryer was reassembled, and the area was spotless. He also shared helpful advice about ventilation care and routine duct maintenance for a busy household of five, which was really useful in this hot weather when appliances work extra hard. our dryer is now running properly again, airflow is much better, and the whole system feels safer and more efficient. the service was professional, thorough, and made a big difference for our home. i will gladly recommend this air duct and dryer vent cleaning service to others whenever I get the chance.

Conner and his team had great communication from the first call about pricing and scheduling all the way through the air duct cleaning work being finished. We set up a day to have 4 to 5 rental properties serviced, and they arrived on time and stayed very flexible when our schedule changed at the last minute. We used this service for dryer vent and air duct cleaning, and the whole experience was very helpful. Our laundry room sits in the middle of the house between two garages, so the vent line runs up to the roof, which made access a little more complex. Autro Sr and his wife Neely are great they came in behind someone who started my pool remodel but half way thru stopped showing up after getting about 12,000 dollars ,, Autro can take care of any size pool or remodel .

I am surprised they are still in business. They replastered and retiled my pool. The plaster was thin and of low quality. The tiles immediately started to fall off. They left the screws off my light. Horrible job. I paid cash.

They did a great job to rebuilt our old pool in Nassau bay. Three years later they replaster and changed it to a salt water pool which is the best decision and money well spent. Will use them again in the future.

Arturos Pool Plastering did an outstanding job plastering our pool. They did it all in 2 days. The best part was the tiles added to our steps made it look Awsome.

Contacted Arturo's and from the start the company over promised and didn't deliver. I was told they would visit and provide an estimate and the company failed to show up until I made several phone calls and waited several weeks. Then the company tried to text me for the estimate. We discussed and requested an official quote on their letter head. Never received the quote other than text due to their computer down. After review of the quote we discussed through text on the water spouts, which were left off the original text. I requested to look at the water spouts and choose and I was sent another text with a picture from National pool tile catalogue. I contacted National pool tile and National pool tile could not tell me where on their web site I could find and review their water spouts.

After some time I provided to Auturo's the spouts I wanted. I was told to purchase the water spouts and Auturo's would install. I let them know the spouts were included. Then again more test and more back and fort until I finally stated I can not use them.

The guys name I was working with was Joey.

Really very unprofessional. I had another quote that was less but was trying my best to work with them....impossible.
