Carlos is an awesome dude with a super caring heart. Thank you Carlos for being you and for going above and beyond to make sure our house has no freeloaders living in the attic.

Carlos did a great job. Communicated with me beforehand to let me know when he’d arrive and what all he was doing for the service.

He did a great job today. Always polite, bright, and perky. Seems to do a very thorough job. We are liking the service👍

Stephen Terry’s service was awesome, as always. Literally have not seen a bug since they started quarterly service outside. And anytime I see the tiniest ant inside; they are out to spray that week.

Carlos called me when he was on the way and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes very polite and professional. I told him that I had seen an infestation of roaches in my neighbors yard and they were making their way to our yard. When he arrived he seen them crawling and identified the problem and said they were tree roaches. He insured me he would spray extra along my fence and property line and in front of my garage. When I got back an hour later from him spraying I seen a few roaches dead in front of my garage. Thank you Carlos and Stephen Pest Control!

I’ve been using Stephen Terry for pest control, and whenever I need a retreat, they always send someone out the same week. I’ve never had a bad experience with their service. Today, Carlos came by he was very professional, worked quickly, and got the job done.

Carlos called ahead to confirm his arrival time and was extremely polite. He was thorough and made sure he sprayed any area of concern was taken care of.
