Stephen came out to re-treat for ants and rodent inspection. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me tips on what to do for the future. He was right on time with the appointment. He treated both mine and my mothers' yard next door for free, all of which we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Stephen and his team. They are great people to work with and will get the job done!

They've been doing a fabulous job at our home for several yrs. Always on time or a bit early,. They always ask if we've had any problem areas & helpful to address them on the rare occasion we do.
We greatly appreciate the care & kindness they put into working around our home, our family, & our pet.

I’ve been with this company for 35 years or more. They are very dependable. They do a good job. If you do have a problem which believe me is rare they come right out to Service again, no problem no questions asked. I highly recommend Stephen Terry Pest Elimination services.

We love having Stephen Terry service our home. Our technician, Gustavo, i cant say enough about. Always on time, very thorough, super respectful and always has a smile on his face. If we have any issues between our quarterly service, they are there to help us out with one phone call. We use them for indoor/outdoor pest control and their annual termite control. I will give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Carlos is always professional, prompt, and reliable. He is always courteous and professional even when I have to reschedule. Service is always great! We appreciate the great customer care you all provide every time.

Carlos was great. Came early, made sure it was okay first. He was sweet to both my little baby and my toddler. Very nice guy. Explained everything he was doing before he did it.

Gustavo from Stephen Terry Services came to inspect my property for possible issues. He was prompt, polite and most of all honest. I will definitely use this company in the future.

We are so glad that we switched to Stephen Terry!!! Communication was on point, explanation of available plans and services were clear and thoroughly detailed! Its not always about price which they are very competitive and compatible, but it's getting what you paid for!! Thank you for your services and taking care of our home! Carlos called ahead to see if he could come by early and was very thorough!!

Carlos was exceptional. Very professional, considerate, respectful and thorough with his work. I’ve tried other pest control services before this one, and this was by far the most detailed and meticulous. I gladly committed to the quarterly plan. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome company to do business with. Sergio came to my home for my quarterly service and been doing business with the company for about 10+ years now. Nice and courteous technician. No complaints or issues whatsoever. Called the office and requested Sergio be my technician from now on and if he isn’t available asked for Mr. Terry to come out personally which he has done in the past and very well satisfied with his company. If you’re in the need of a pest control service these are the people to call. Always loved their slogan. If it’s scary call Terry!.

Stephen Terry Services has been SO amazing helping me get a flea problem under control! They were prompt in getting me booked for service and explained everything to me in detail before they began. I am very pleased with how the whole thing has been handled. It has been great to work with them.

We’ve been using Stephen Terry Services for years at both our business and our home, and we couldn’t be happier. They are extremely dependable, reliable, and professional.

Since we started using their services, we’ve been completely bug- and rodent-free, which says everything. Their team is consistent, thorough, and always does a great job.

We especially love that they also spray the yard for flies and mosquitoes—it makes a huge difference. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. They’re great and we trust them completely.
