I've been waiting for months to have my washing machine fixed. Technician tells me he is gonna order parts and call but its been a month since he came and then they tell Home Shield that there is nothing wrong with the machine. They have been here 3 times and the same bs. Very bad customer service!!!!
Came out on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, 2 weeks later, came back, and installed. Very professional, courteous, and the tech (Alex) was outstanding. Noting but nice things to say about my experience.
Absolutely WORST!! Do not let them in your house. They do not know anything and RUDE . AHS sent them and they have been to my house 3 times, they dont know how to fix it and are very, very rude. i have delt with many companies, and these guys are unbelievably bad. Zero stars.

I really liked them with my first refrigerator repair, and this last time, bad around...I've been punished by them...my frig had been broken after they changed the parts for the ice maker and a fan for the freezer (I lost all the meat that was stored in there), after they replaced those parts that would not work and the tech shocked himself on the back panel that he touched...then the refrigeration wouldn't work. They told me they would call after they researched the problem...i had to CALL them...parts took forever but I was told I would be priority since my frig has been not working properly for almost 4 weeks now...today the parts came in and they can't see me until the monday after Thanksgiving...mind you today is Tuesday before Thanksgiving...I guess we are eating out...me and all my guest...I'm thinking they are already on holiday...Very dissappointed with these people...they don't care that I've lost all the food stored in there or that my frig in less than 4 yrs old. They do not get back with you and they drag their feet on ordering the parts...whcih if you noticed it's just one part after another since he touched that back panel...a new motor is going to be put in now...it was working before he touched it...
I was very pleased with my dishwasher repair. Did a temporary fix while I waited for a part to come in that would permanently fix it. Part is no longer available so AHS is purchasing a new dishwasher.
