I've been waiting for months to have my washing machine fixed. Technician tells me he is gonna order parts and call but its been a month since he came and then they tell Home Shield that there is nothing wrong with the machine. They have been here 3 times and the same bs. Very bad customer service!!!!

Came out on time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, 2 weeks later, came back, and installed. Very professional, courteous, and the tech (Alex) was outstanding. Noting but nice things to say about my experience.

Absolutely WORST!! Do not let them in your house. They do not know anything and RUDE . AHS sent them and they have been to my house 3 times, they dont know how to fix it and are very, very rude. i have delt with many companies, and these guys are unbelievably bad. Zero stars.

Ruben did a great job repairing my dishwasher and oven. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I don't have any complaints with the service that I received.

I really liked them with my first refrigerator repair, and this last time, bad around...I've been punished by them...my frig had been broken after they changed the parts for the ice maker and a fan for the freezer (I lost all the meat that was stored in there), after they replaced those parts that would not work and the tech shocked himself on the back panel that he touched...then the refrigeration wouldn't work. They told me they would call after they researched the problem...i had to CALL them...parts took forever but I was told I would be priority since my frig has been not working properly for almost 4 weeks now...today the parts came in and they can't see me until the monday after Thanksgiving...mind you today is Tuesday before Thanksgiving...I guess we are eating out...me and all my guest...I'm thinking they are already on holiday...Very dissappointed with these people...they don't care that I've lost all the food stored in there or that my frig in less than 4 yrs old. They do not get back with you and they drag their feet on ordering the parts...whcih if you noticed it's just one part after another since he touched that back panel...a new motor is going to be put in now...it was working before he touched it...

I was very pleased with my dishwasher repair. Did a temporary fix while I waited for a part to come in that would permanently fix it. Part is no longer available so AHS is purchasing a new dishwasher.

Going on 40 days without refrigerator with 5 boys in my house. AHS is the home warranty company that uses them and after reading reviews is losing lots of business because of it.

SHADY PEOPLE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Stay away people. Surprised they are still in business with all these bad reviews. What a joke of a place! They have no interest in repairing anything or communicating when they will come to your house. They will come first to look and order parts and you will wait a lifetime to get repairs done. Avoid at all cost!

My microwave was malfunctioning, American Home Shield sent them for the repair. They came and its over a month they keep sayiong that they have ordered the parts. It is just a microwave switch that needed to be changed.
Worst service I have ever experienced.

When the repear guy first came out to fix my fridge. He was in my house about 2 min. Tops. He said he would have to order some parts and he would call when they came in. He called 12 days later to set up a time to come back. He came back 3 days later. He put in the parts. This time he was there about 4 min. The next day there was water all inside the fridge. I called and 2 dahs later he came back. We sawthe leek comming from around the water filter. He said the filter was cloged and i needed a new one. But he would order a new filter houseing just in case. I got a new filter that cost me $50.00 the water was still leeking. That night the fridge started on fire! I called them back and they came out 4 days later. The repear man sakd he found an egg under the fridge and it must have fallen on the electrical wires a d caused the fire. He pludged in the fridge and said he would be back as soon as the filter housing came in. When I went off on him he said if I was going to talk to him like that he would not come back. I told him to have his boss call me right away. Suprise he never did. When i called them the man who answered the phone hung up on me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!

I loved them...the technician was very professional. He took to time out to explain the issue I was having with my washer and he explained things I did not know about my washer. They were quick with the turnaround...finding what was wrong and then returning with the part to install it. I would recommend this company to everybody.

They did amazing job.
Our microwave died After 14 years and we were on AHS.COM Warranty.
They recommended AHS to Replace New and AHS sent us offer and grabbed it.
We chose it Online and they Already replaced brand New on September 16th 2021

3 Boys have worked on several repairs in my home. They have been responsive and very professional. The technician, Nick, is very honest and tells me what to expect and in what timeframe. These repairs have been completed as promised and I have even asked my home warranty company to assign all of my appliance repairs to 3 Boys.

I will start by saying I never complain my dryer has been broken since 05/11/2020 today is 05/29/2020 they have been out 3 times and still the dryer is not working. If I could I would give no stars. Why are they still in business? By the way American Home Shield sent these guys.

My home warranty sent these guys out to me to fix a gas leak on my range. I was worried because of the negative reviews on here. They completed the service quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with their work!

Terrible service !!!
They are extremely rude and sarcastic on the phone.
The technicians are not good at all. Came for a simple icemaker replacement, the next morning, the icemaker does not work, and now a have a terrible loud noise also.
They are "booked" and unable to return to the house today.

I like American home shield, hard to understand why they choose to work with this bad appliance company.

As a single working mother I am not able to be home between the hours of 8-5. I am too with American Home Shield and they routed me to this company. The technician said they cannot come after hours or on weekends and very rudely was told to call AHS to provide another vendor. According to AHS their contract states that they don't have to come which is crazy. I found another company but now this company will not release me so that American Home Shield can assign me another vendor. Stating that they did not want to miss out on the business however I needed to confirm to their time slots. This is a shame on AHS and this company because I am the one left with a broken appliance and a company that I am paying for refuses to come and fix it or allow me to use someone else who can.

Avoid 3 Boys like the plague. Took the better part of a week to get a technician to show up, he spend 5 minutes looking at my fridge only to say he couldn't do anything, and then he never submitted a report to the warranty company.

We had a bit of a rocky start. Also, it seems like they are still in the process of hiring more repair people. We were not happy at first, but what changed out mind was Ruben. He is probably one of the most professional, knowledgeable and responsive people I have dealt with. He really did his best to get everything squared away for us and even went the extra mile to follow up and make sure everything was still working. Please keep him around and give him a raise. He turned a one start review into a five. Great job Ruben! 👍

Can't say enough about Three Boys Appliance. I was told by Nick the repairman who was excellent that my parts would be arriving in a week. The parts for my oven and dryer came in and Nick completed the job on both within a hour. I want to thank Aliah the receptionist who was very kind and helpful each and every time I called. This will be the only place I will use whenever I have a problem.

I filed a claim with American Home Sheild on 1/10. The repairman came out on 1/12. However, they have not communicated with AHS regarding availability of parts or if it is repairable as of today, 1/14/18. So we are at the mercy of this contractor and AHS. I left a voice message asking for a plan. I will revise my rating depending on how timely my washing machine is repaired/replaced.
