Adrian was on time, professional and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Pricing was very competitive as well.
On top of that he made sure I was satisfied at the end AND he did it all with a smile.

I have been using Chad's carpet care for the past 3 years. I have tile in the foyer, kitchen and bathrooms. I have Stain Master carpet in 3 bedrooms and living room. I live in Santa Fe, Chad is always on time and Zack, his employee also does excellent work. I have used Stanley Steamer and another company who charged over $ 800 . Chad's Carpet was less then 1/3 of the cost. I'll never use any other carpet cleaning company and highly recommend his company to anyone even my friends, neighbors.

Chads carpet care came and cleaned our upstairs carpet and cleaned our tile and grout downstairs. Both were extremely dirty and they were able to get up big stains in the carpet. The tile and grout looks so much better! They were professional and on time. I definitely recommend using them and will use them again in the future.

I have had my carpets cleaned my Chad's Carpet Care a few times now. Each time I am impressed with their timeliness, expertise and their authentic desire to perform a good end result. The service tech always let's me know exactly what will happen and walks me through all areas prior to leaving to ensure that I am satisfied with the results. If you are in the Pearland area, I would definitely recommend that you give them a try!

Pretty disappointed in the service we received last week. Had our tiles and grout cleaned. Chad was very kind over the phone, however, he claimed our grout stains would he tough to clean but they'd give it a shot.

After the first treatment, the bad stains were still there. A second treatment was performed and the stain spread further. I paid $600+ and nothing changed, unfortunately.

Upset about all this, I went to a local hardware store and purchased a bottle of grout cleaner for $11. After a 15 minute treatment and minor elbow grease, the grout is impeccable and hasn't looked this good since we bought the house.

While the employees are kind, the service itself was sub par.

Update:
Chad followed up with me and touched base with ways to better the service. Coming from a career that values the customer experience, I truly appreciate his follow up. While the service was not right for me this time, I would still recommend this company to my friends and family.

Additionally, if I ever need carpet cleaning in the future, I plan on reaching out to Chad and his company, as I'm a huge supporter of small businesses; and this is one company that's doing it right.

UPDATED REVIEW - Chad has cleaned our carpets in our home twice. In addition to being prompt, courteous, and doing a great job, he is also honest. I can't say enough good things about this gentleman and his business. I'm a customer for life!

Chad's carpet care did great. They responded and were able to come out quickly. They did great job and offer great pricing. I will definitely use their services in the future and recommend to all.

I have been meaning to review Chad's Carpet Care for the past two years but procrastination has definitely stopped me from doing so. We use Chad's Carpet Care on a consistent basis at least one time every 8 weeks. Our technician Zack (or Zach) is phenomenal at what he does! He is very polite and respectful when he comes into our home. Our home consist of two toddlers and a baby so food and drink spills happen often and after using Chad's Carpet Care our carpet is left spotless. We will continue to use this company as long as they service our area.

Chad was professional when contacting me after I entered my information on his website. I ended up choosing Chad over other carpet companies due to my interactions with him and I found his price to be fair among the other quotes I had received.

The carpet turned out great and looks new again. His technician, Zack, did an excellent job answering all of my questions. I recommend to all and I will be contacting him again when it is necessary.

I was looking for a local carpet cleaning service in Pearland and I came across Chad’s Carpet Care on Google which had excellent reviews. I called Chad and he came out to give me a free estimate. Chad came out to clean our carpets and did a fantastic job! He explained what he was doing and gave us little lessons in carpet care! We are thoroughly satisfied with his service and recommend Chad to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

Excellent job by Chad’s carpet care. Prices reasonable and they called ahead to confirm it would be ok to arrive early. Quality of the work was beyond expectation! There was an old stain in a house we recently purchased - who knows how long it has been there - that the technician took excellent care to remove completely. Entire job was done in a timely manner with excellent results. Very impressed and will definitely recommend!

Awesome Awesome Awesome! I recently had my carpets cleaned and I am very pleased! Chad, the owner, was very responsive prior to the appointment and made himself available to answer all my questions. He also provided transparent pricing, which I really appreciate! Zack, the technician, was also great and very nice! The process was fairly quick (about an hour), but the quality of the work was not sacrificed. At the end, he explained what should and should not be done while the carpet was drying and provided explanations for spots that he was not able to get out. I will definitely be recommending and using this company again!

Outstanding customer service. Chad answers calls himself, he reviewed the carpet cleaning process thoroughly with details and an upfront price estimate. Zach was very professional, he even arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time and got right to work. He took the time to hear my concerns and inform me on what the process would be. 3 rooms were cleaned within an hour time span. Chad himself also came out to ensure quality work was delivered; he also took the time out to give me tips on carpet care ensure our carpets were well taken care of. Chad carpet cleaning services was the best! Our carpet was messed up due to a plumbing issue. I told Chad that this was an emergency and he was able to work me in the same day. He even came earlier than the schedule time.He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to maintain the carpet. He was also able to work around my three small kids. Overall, I work give him a 5 start rating and I will be using him in the future. I also recommended him to my neighbors and co-workers.

I scheduled a last minute service and Chad's carpet readily accommodated me. Their prices were very reasonable and he took the time to explain what he was doing and his approach to removing stains.

These Guys are the best! My dog had an accident this morning and left a mess on my carpet. I read the reviews about Chads company and decided to give them a try and thank goodness I did! Chad was very professional and was able to accommodate me today. The tech Vat was on time very nice and professional and he did an awesome job! He left my rooms looking new and smelling clean! The stains are completely gone, literally like nothing happened. I appreciate Chad and Vat for accommodating me on short notice and doing a great job! Definitely recommend and They have great pricing! Will definitely use them in the future!

Chase is great and professional. Only few minutes into cleaning there is a huge difference on our worn out carpet. Highly recommend this company.
