Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I had my carpet cleaned and the tile/grout cleaned. The tile/grout looks wonderful. Super clean and white. The prices are reasonable and will definitely use them again.

We used Chad’s Carpet Care for several pet stains on our ottoman, carpet, almost everything. It is like those stains never existed thanks to the wonderful job of Chad’s Carpet Care. They are lifesavers!

Called Chad’s Carpet at recommendation of our real estate agent. Chad’s was prompt and did great cleaning of carpet, immediately was able to come back the next day to clean tile. was was efficient and excellent. I would recommend again

Almost threw out my couch from my apartment but opted to use in a spare living space at my new place. Chad’s Carpet came out and cleaned it and it’s like new. The couch was high quality but 5 years old. Didn’t think it would come out as good as it did. Very impressed and will definitely use again. Honestly regret not calling them sooner. My tech Adrian was great!

I had a similar experience as Kim's. This company does not do the job. They don't regularly/completely sweep the pool, chemicals are not dont correctly, and they are inconsistent with their schedule/will be days late. Then they promise to correct mistakes and dont...stay away.

Joe is very unprofessional. I caught him in a lie, said he swept pool when asked, and when I told him I have cameras, he back tracked. Majority of the time he leaves the pool not clean. Today he left the hot tub green. When I sent him a picture and asked what was going on, he said he just did not know. Joe would go 10-12 days between cleans and then come back 4 days later. Never consistent. Wish I could leave pictures of how he left the pool and hot tub today. Absolutely horrible.

They have excellent knowledge about all sorts of equipment and have on numerous occasions repaired my pool equipment. After reaching out to a few other pool cleaning companies, I found their prices to be much more reasonable—others quoted me much higher rates for monthly service, but here I only pay $95 a month. Brian, the technician who comes by, is always on time, friendly, and professional.
