I was very pleased with the quality of the work, my driveway never looked better. He arrived on time, went right to work and left me with a smile, something that is rare in my experience. If you take the time to talk to him he may actually teach you something as well.

We had already been thinking about doing some pressure washing around our house when we received a letter from the Homeowner’s Association saying that we must clean the driveway. I did a Google search for pressure washing in Pearland, and McDaddy’s was near the top of the list.

Their web site is very detailed, with a lot of information, photographs, and even a Youtube video showing their equipment in action. In addition to information about their company and the equipment they use, the site also had a lot of good information about pressure washing in general.

I called and described the work we wanted done, and got an estimate that seemed very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment for the following week.

Before they arrived, I realized that there were other areas that we might want to wash. When they got here, we walked around the house to discuss the job. I showed him the areas I had initially requested (driveway, sidewalks, pool deck) and he pointed out parts of the house itself that could use a cleaning. He didn’t pressure me at all, just pointed to features that were obviously quite dirty.

After the walk around, we went inside to discuss specifics. I decided to get everything done while they were here. The price he quoted was quite reasonable, and they got to work.

I found myself wishing that I had taken photographs before they started, as the difference was amazing. Everything they washed looked better than it had when we bought the house.

Given the amount of time they worked, and the quality of the final result, I thought the cost was quite a bargain.

I strongly recommend McDaddy’s for pressure washing for these reasons:

- Getting a preliminary quote and scheduling an appointment was fast and easy; they were able to come out the following week

- They arrived when they said they would

- They showed me other areas that I might want to consider washing, with no pressure to upsell

- They did a very thorough job, and the end result was beautiful

- Final cost was exactly what they quoted at the start of the job, no hidden charges

- Final cost actually seemed a bit low, given the amount of time they spent and the quality of the work

I did not use their carpet cleaning service this day, but when the time comes I will definitely be calling them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Resale value on a house would definitely increase with a service from McDaddy's.

Great results and a fair price. One guy was inside cleaning the carpets while another guy was outside pressure washing our house and they were completed in less than two hours. McDaddy's had the best equipment setup I have ever seen. They did more than we agreed and we were very pleased.

Ken at MacDaddy's went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. I was getting my home ready to sell. I had already moved out of state and couldn't get back to see his work. Great business! Website tells you their prices and they are very reasonable. I was able to get Ken out in two days. They cleaned my siding and brick in my house. House looks fantastic. I definitely recommend this company. Came when they said they would. Did a precall the day of. And let me know if other services they could offer . Also after they cleaned the windows he called me and told me he saw a little water creep in under the old weather strip to the inside windowsill so I could clean it up ASAP and it wouldn’t be sitting on the wood causing damage. I have previously rented a machine and done my own power washing but a HOA notice about mold on my chimney and quick climb up up the ladder changed my mind. My roof is too steep and I am too clumsy. We received multiple fliers for power washing service but all of the guys answering became evasive when I asked about where they're based and if they have insurance.

A google search led me to McDaddy's. They have an actual address and not just a cell-phone number. Their website provides price information and a demonstration of their work. And, best of all, they are insured.

As impressed as I was, the service still exceeded my expectations. Ken and Eric went above and beyond for us. Ken gave me straight estimate and a thorough explanation of not only what to expect but the logic behind their process.

On arrival, Eric took the time to listen to my concerns and made suggestions for simple repairs and small changes to our slab-side landscaping to reduce the mold issues going forward. It started raining, which I thought would require another appointment but Eric pushed through and completed the job. As you can see from the before-and-after photos below, we are completely satisfied with the job.

He did such a great job! He also gave me tips for around the house. Such a blessing to find a great person to do a service. Highly recommend.
