I've been using A&A for several years and I am always happy with their services. The ladies always arrive on time and clean efficiently. If I need to cancel, the office is nice and very easy to work with!

I have used this cleaning service numerous times. The first couple times I used them, the quality of their work was amazing. They spent time paying attention to detail and making sure things were almost perfect. The last two times I used them the quality of the service was fair at best. They were late getting there and then only did a fair job. When I addressed my concerns with the company they informed me they have made changes to their service which has drastically reduced the quality. In addition, they informed me that the cleaning crew (2 people) were there 5.0 hours for a total of 10.0 hours of cleaning which is totally false. They arrived between 4:00pm and 4:30pm and exited my house at 7:30pm. That is not 10.0 hours of cleaning. The were going to charge me $205.68 for a one story, 3 bedroom house but when I voiced my concerns they offered a $20.00 discount. The service they provided was still not worth $184.03. I live in Pearland and try to use companies in Pearland but will seek other services. Very disappointed in this company that at one time did an outstanding job.

I was amazed at the job AA Cleaning Service did. They did a move out clean. Had such a good experience from the time I scheduled appointment and till the call I got today to see how my service was. Very professional and on time and finished the job in the time lotted. I would highly recommend them

We were promised a "move out cleaning" on a 4300 sqft home. What we received were 2 non-English speaking maids who did a very basic cleaning. The supervisor came by twice to check. We asked about inside windows, cleaning two small chandilers, cleaning wall niches, cleaning doors, cleaning and polish the front door, "No, we do not do that. The contract was for 4 hours. It took them 2 extra hours at $45 per hour. So our move out cleaning for $495 now became $585 plus taxes, tips. We even gave the workers a lot of kids toys 🧸 and items we didn't need. So we have a 60% clean home.We still need to hire someone else to do the right job.

This company is deceptive. Please ask a lot of questions and read fine print. 1 🌟 Would never use again.

Making the appointment was easy and they had quick avo. Brendan did an amazing job deep cleaning our entire 2nd floor and stairs. He was thorough and extremely professional. The cleaning was superior to any other cleaning we’ve ever had with other companies. We will definitely be using A&A services again.

I have been dealing with A & A Cleaning Services since 2011. I know how hard these ladies work and they do a fantastic job!!!!! Of course being human we all make mistakes, but they try their best to make it right when they are made aware of a problem. They call after every cleaning to follow up. The ladies that come to your home are nice and the company does background checks before everyone is hired, I know other cleaning companies don't always have the most reputable people. My little apartment is always fresh and clean after the ladies have been there. I truly appreciate this company and the hard work they do.

After posting my initial complaint,A & A cleaning came back out to my house for a redo cleaning. I must say this time was far better than the first. Sandra is awesome as one of their Premier cleaning ladies, she made sure that each room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The owner spoke with me personally and apologize that I wasn’t satisfied the first time cleaning, and they followed up several times to schedule a redo. I appreciate their determination to make this right and planning to have them come out again. Merry Christmas

I am very disappointed in the services they provided. I called A& A to clean my house, as I had injury to my foot and was unable to do it for myself. The ladies showed up and immediate started. However, after they sd they were finished. The floors werent mopped properly and had smears, they did not get spider webs that were hanging low in the bathroom shower window, lint and dust on picture frames and window sills. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The ladies were friendly. They were very knowledgeable about how to clean specific areas. When I asked for something to be specifically cleaned, they were very happy to oblige. Their goal is for me to be happy with my clean home. They are really good with communication and, every time making sure my home has been cleaned to MY satisfaction. They’re my all time best cleaning service!

Mr. Brendon Chavarria did an amazing job at cleaning my home’s carpet. He paid attention to every detail and aimed to clean my carpet as if it were his own. He is professional, respectful, and pleasant. Brenden deserves to be acknowledged for his admirable hard work and dedication to his customers. He represents A&A very well. We have had this service for a couple of months now and have been SO happy with A&A! They are thorough and there's nothing better coming home to a clean house. I have scheduled them for the rest of the school year. Can't thank them enough for the job they do!

I have been using A&A Cleaners for over five years! The workers are super nice and always leave me a rose on my roll of toilet paper! I always give them some bottled water when they leave. I wouldn't recommend any other cleaners!

What a great company with wonderful people! I have used them to do rugs and couch for several cycles; probably working on 4 now!! They do an amazing job, they are professional, prompt, interactive, timely, and get a WOW from me. My most recent A and A person was Brendan; who did an outstanding job. We recently engaged A&A Cleaning Services for a deep clean of our home and unfortunately encountered several issues that marred our overall experience. Despite positive initial interactions, the service fell short of our expectations, leaving us disappointed and frustrated.

Our first point of contention arose during the pre-appointment phone call when we specifically arranged for the cleaning crew to leave all doors open to ensure our cats' access to their litter boxes. Despite clear instructions and the observable open position of baby gates upon the cleaners' arrival, the gates on the stairs were inexplicably closed. This oversight resulted in our cats soiling our mattress, leading us to express our concerns to A&A.

Regrettably, our attempts to address the matter with Mona, the customer "support" specialist, were met with resistance. Mona disputed the existence of instructions to leave the gates open, highlighting a communication gap between the office and the cleaning team. This was further exemplified by the cleaners' unawareness of a spare key under the doormat during our absence, which we had mentioned but went unheeded until we contacted the office.

The closure of the baby gate directly contradicted our directive to keep doors open, reflecting a comprehensive failure to follow instructions. Attempts to amicably resolve the issue were met with accusations of slander, and subsequent email exchanges included what appeared to be A&A's presumed attorney in the CC line, seemingly as a tactic to intimidate. We question the necessity for legal involvement when expressing our rights protected by the First Amendment.

Beyond these communication and customer service issues, our $400 investment in the overall cleaning service left much to be desired. The deep clean crew spent less than three hours at our residence, and multiple areas were inadequately cleaned, including the oven window, under the couch cushions, the hallway table, the shower panes, and the baseboards.

Our complaint is rooted in the discrepancy between the service quality we expected and the reality we experienced. We hope that a more appropriate representative from A&A will promptly address our concerns. While our initial experiences were positive, our continued relationship with A&A hinges on the effective resolution of these incidents in the future.

I hired A&A to come clean my home and shampoo my living room area rug and they did such an amazing job! My house is so clean! I’ve never seen it look this good before! I am having them come back every two weeks now. When I say they cleaned everything they cleaned EVERYTHING! Hire them. Seriously you won’t regret it. Thank you so much!

Brendan with A&A Cleaning in Pearland did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets today. He spot treated and spent his time getting some really tough pet and food stains out, at a home we are moving in to. Brendan was friendly, professional, and worked his behind off! The tech that came to the house to clean the carpet did an amazing job and was extremely professional. I absolutely loved the fact that he was extremely careful with my belongings and even made sure not to scrape the walls. I will definitely use them again and the price was great as well.
