I was very unsatisfied with the service I received over the phone for a quote on cleaning my home. The woman that took my call was nice but unprofessional in that she stated she would call me back in 10-15 minutes and did not and the second time calling she stated 5 minutes and did not call back within those time frames. If you cannot meet those expectations, please avoid stating a time frame in which you will return the call. When the lady did call back she stated that it would be $250 to clean my under 1950 square foot home, and that was with $20 off...lol!! There are MUCH cheaper cleaning services in the Pearland area that do a great job! This company is trying to gain wealth out of cleaning homes and that's just ridiculous! My advice: keep searching, they are too expensive for the BASIC cleaning services offered!

Easy process to schedule. We did a one time move out cleaning on our old home and they did a great job. Followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Good customer service.

The team showed up on time (early!), and they were professional and efficient. They made sure they were doing what I wanted and had me double check before they left to make sure I was happy. So excited to have a fantastic cleaning service!

We have used A&A for many years and they do a fantastic job! If there ever is an issue with the cleaning, they remedy the issue very quickly and do their absolute best to provide excellent (and friendly!) customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

A&A did a wonderful job. The ladies were pleasant and professional. The mirrors were sparkling and you could see yourself in the counter tops. I would definitely recommend A&A Cleaning and be using them again.

For $180 to clean my less than 2000 sqft home (that's including the $20 coupon), I was expecting my house to be sparkling when it was done. I'm the first to admit that I've got high standards when it comes to a clean house, but I was extremely disappointed with the job A&A Cleaning did. Usually, my problem is companies do well on the initial clean and then slack off, but A&A NEVER impressed me. They did not do a good job at any of the cleaning, but the worst were the floors - they never even mopped! I ran a damp paper towel over the entry way tile and it came up completely covered in dirt. My husband called to complain and the offered to send someone back out. He let them know I had already cleaned the floors myself, and they said they would call us back and let us know what they'd do for us...can't say I was surprised when I didn't get a call back. I will not use A&A Cleaning ever again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew.

The administration was very pleasant. They fit me in for an appt last-minute, and that may have been the problem. Two women arrived, and first thing they tell me was, "they barely told us to come here just now," as if to say -- we didn't plan on another home to clean, so let us just hurry up...which is precisely what they did. I was gone for 2 hours, and they were gone when I got back. My home isn't big, but it isn't small. Last time I checked, a thorough cleaning doesn't get done in 2 hours.

I was given the option of a "deep-cleaning," but had had one done not even 30 days prior. So i didn't ask for one. But what I received was your normal wipe-down, vacuum, maybe mop, and placing things neatly. It wasn't until a few days later I noticed they hadn't moved ANYTHING, which isn't good when you want things to get clean underneath some stuff (i.e. dusting UNDER things on the dresser, too, not just around it). Then I realized they hadn't cleaned inside stove, toaster oven, microwave, etc. So I paid $109 for something I could have easily done in 2 hours.

Not impressed. But the administrative girls were nice. But nice doesn't clean my house, not for $109.

The ladies did an exceptional job on my house. My house was the cleanest it has been in a long time. I look forward to having A&A help me keep my house clean in the future.

Cleaning crew was on time, well equipped and incredibly efficient. My house looks and smells amazing. Excited to be on their every two week calendar for regular service. Highly recommended!!

Our large dog had a “backside” backfire! The Roomba did its job of spreading it like peanut butter on bread… 🤢 After 6 hours of mopping and cleaning the stone travertine floors, I realized I needed a professional with a steam cleaner to get deep into the grout and pores of the stone.

A&A what is the first and only place that I called. They sent a young man (who took 6 hours on his own) to scrub the grout and sanitize with a 1,000 psi professional machine hooked up to a truck. When he was done, our travertine looked like it did when it was first installed 14 years ago. Now we are going to wait 2 days for it to completely dry, and then, room by room, seal the floors.

LESSONS: if you have pets, NEVER schedule your robot vacuum to run without you present and ALWAYS call A&A first (they have the pro tools and pro skills to restore even the tricky travertine floors).

Late update to my original good review. I canceled service due to the frequent cancellations I experienced due to the crew that was scheduled having a "family emergency". Only once during the time that I used their services did they actually make it twice in one month as scheduled. It started great and became very unreliable. Switched to another company.

I routinely clean my home, but was looking for some relief after starting my Master's program and still keeping up with our family of 4. I am pretty picky about my house and was initially hesistant to hire someone else. I am so pleased at the outcome. I had a one time cleaning with full detail. I've now been spoiled and may consider a more frequent recurrent service. Highly recommend.

I engaged A&A to clean my Mom's apartment which they've now done twice. She has been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and quality of work completed. Great Job A&A!!!

There's bad news and there's good news. The bad news is that I found multiple areas in my house that weren't completely clean. The house was completely vacant when we had it cleaned, therefore it was easy to tell what was cleaned well and what wasn't. I called to report the issues simply because I know this information is beneficial to a business owner. That's where the good news comes in. Due to the problems I had, they mailed me an American Express gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture very much.

A&A Cleaning did an excellent job buffing, waxing our floors in our new office building!! They look amazing!!! They were fast and friendly and very efficient from the moment we called them to get a quote!!! Would highly recommend them!!!

Bothe office staff and cleaning crew are reliable, thorough and efficient from scheduling to the actual cleaning. I like the flexibility in scheduling and always look forward to the scheduled cleaning knowing that my house is well cleaned when they are done.

The crew at AA Cleaning are awesome. they spend spend hours and are very thorough. We have used them for several years now and i would recommend them highly. They saved my marriage, this house is just too big for us to handle alone.

We're putting my daughter's house on the market and asked A&A Cleaning Services to clean the house prior to having it painted. They did an amazing job! My daughter said, "I don't think I've ever seen my bathtub so clean!" Thank you, A&A, for the great job!

It’s always a great feeling when you want in to the home after it has been cleaned from the great smell stove top squeaky clean (hate cleaning stove top/bathrooms) bathrooms look awesome always have a great experience. They are very professional, no problem booking a date and time that works for me and the family. Anytime anyone who I use I always tell them A&A

Ladies did a great job on 12/9. I.called the office after their November cleaning to list things that were not cleaned and that was corrected. My criticism is the window of time for ladies to show up (1pm to 6pm). When you plan for them to show for 1 month in advance rearrange your schedule only to get a text around 4 pm that they are not coming is unacceptable. If I were to recommend AA it would be about the possibility that they might not show up.
