Honestly, I almost never write reviews... But I had to do this one. These guys are crooks, will take your money and not come to do the work...literally. I zelle'd them the money, and they ghosted me. Find a more reputable company.

Vince was excellent so professional, on time, let you know exactly when he arrives, used specific tools to see stains, took the urine out of my chair with a special device, he examined my chair to the fullest extent, he did such a thorough and beautiful job and stayed till the work was done right. I am so pleased and wish I found him sooner because other upholstery cleaners didn’t do as well as Vince. He is the best and you will love his quality of work.

I wish we had connected earlier in our journey of this project. We are very pleased with the professional & expedient service we received. Before connecting, we had a bad experience getting cleaners to just show up. I set up this project the night before and with 1 phone call, it was done within a matter of a couple of hours! She was willing to leave right away to help us with our deadline. If only we had connected sooner! We received a great job within the short timeframe allowed. She even offered her vacuum to my husband to clean the rental car that needed to be returned shortly after. I will be calling for refreshes of our property. And I do have family in town that I will try to refer her to. Thanks again!

A&A Cleaning provides an excellent service. They do a great job cleaning, very friendly, are always on time, gives reminders, request feedback and make adjustments accordingly!

About 2 weeks ago We paid for a deep cleaning and now I’m not sure what a deep cleaning is because our house looked exactly the same other than mopped floors and bed linens being changed. Ceiling Fans were not cleaned and are in reach with a step stool. furniture down stairs not dust, baseboards not cleaned and I could go on. They called and asked if we needed monthly service. My wife complains about their work every other day & was nice and said no thank you without letting them know how horrible the actual service was. That’s why I’m leaving this review. We will not be using them again or recommending them. You usually get what you pay for but not in this case 😡

We have used A&A for several years now and wouldn’t change a thing! They do amazing work and are always making sure the customer is satisfied with the job and going the extra mile. Would highly recommend!

I used these ladies many times monthly over a nearly 3 year period. Each time it was a different crew. They started out fine. Each cleaning seemed to get faster and sloppier. By the last cleaning I was done. It seems that so were too they since they took their payment in 24K gold and pearls (~$3000). My mistake for leaving them in a closed but not locked drawer. THIEVES! AVOID!

After 7 months of COVID, my house really needed some help with the dusting and floors. I had a service prior to covid. My husband was adamant he did not want anyone in the house during Covid. I tried to keep up, but sadly I failed. I researched cleaning services to determine if there was a service I could hire that followed Covid protocol. A & A cleaning looked like exactly what i was looking for. I called them and, after talking with a representative from A & A, my husband agreed to allow this service.
We just had our first cleaning. The girls followed protocol, they did a great job. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis.

Poor customer service! My first attempt to hire this service failed due to their lack of communications. The sales rep asked for another chance. When my son and his wife got married, I hired A & A to deep clean their home in preparation for guests, etc. I was very explicit with my instructions, over the phone, saying that I would go over all the details with the crew upon their arrival. They dispatched a Spanish-speaking crew! So, I'm on the phone hearing excuses like, "Well, that's the nature of our business...". I voiced my dissatisfaction at not being able to communicate to these workers. They promised they would send an English-speaking supervisor to the home in 15-20 minutes. No one showed! My son happened to come by and was able to communicate a little of what we wanted. He speaks only a little Spanish. I asked several times for the owner to call me. The owner never called, instead had her help call me. Will never use or recommend after the way I was treated.
